废汽油机油再生工艺研究

【摘要】:对废汽油机油再生工艺进行了考察,结果表明:电脱盐脱钙和白土吸附不适合废汽油机油的预处理,蒸馏-加氢工艺适合废汽油机油再生;再生油满足VHVI 5润滑油基础油性能指标要求,其中润滑油馏分(大于360℃)收率为77.09%,蒸馏塔塔底残渣在现有的90号沥青产品中添加量3%时仍可以满足90号JTG F40—2004道路沥青标准,添加量5%时满足110号JTG F40—2004道路沥青标准。该方法润滑油回收率高,产生的废渣得到利用。

The results showed that electric desalination and decalcification and clay adsorption were not suitable for pretreatment of waste gasoline engine oil, while distillation-hydrogenation process was suitable for regeneration of waste gasoline engine oil.
