钻柱恶性振动识别与抑制技术研究进展

【摘要】:钻柱振动问题在钻井实践中普遍存在,钻柱恶性振动是造成钻头、钻柱失效的重要原因,其会降低钻井时效,增加钻井成本。如何有效识别钻柱恶性振动并加以抑制是一个重要的课题,国内外对其开展了大量的攻关研究和工程实践。本文详细阐述了钻柱耦合振动的理论研究现状及最新发展趋势,对钻柱振动室内实验研究进行了总结,介绍了国内外井下振动监测装置、钻柱振动抑制工具研发与应用的最新进展;最后提出理论研究与室内试验相结合,研发钻柱动力学分析软件及井下振动识别监测工具,配套合适的抑制、减振工具是解决钻柱恶性振动问题的主要方法;同时建议开展振动抑制一体化解决技术的研究。
[Abstract]:Drilling string vibration is a common problem in drilling practice. The malignant vibration of drill string is an important reason for the failure of drill bit and drill string, which will reduce drilling efficiency and increase drilling cost. How to effectively identify and suppress the malignant vibration of drill string is an important subject. A great deal of research and engineering practice have been carried out on it at home and abroad. In this paper, the present situation and the latest development trend of the theoretical research on the coupling vibration of drill string are described in detail, and the laboratory experimental research on the vibration of drill string is summarized, and the underground vibration monitoring device at home and abroad is introduced. The latest progress in research and application of drill string vibration suppression tools; Finally, combining theoretical research with laboratory test, developing drill string dynamics analysis software and downhole vibration identification and monitoring tool, matching suitable suppression, vibration damping tool is the main method to solve the problem of malignant vibration of drill string. At the same time, it is suggested to carry out the research on the integrated solution technology of vibration suppression.
