类油基水基钻井液体系研究与应用

【摘要】:针对页岩气层等含易坍塌地层储层开发采用油基钻井液时存在的成本高、污染环境等缺点,以聚醚胺基烷基糖苷NAPG为主剂,并配套其他处理剂,研发出一种在抑制及润滑性能方面类似于油基的环保型水基钻井液。室内研究结果表明,该类油基水基钻井液体系在抑制性能、润滑性能方面与油基钻井液相当,抗温达140℃,具有良好的抗土、抗钻屑、抗原油、抗水污染的性能,EC_(50)为128 400mg/L;无生物毒性,静态渗透率恢复值达90%以上。现场应用结果表明,该钻井液体系性能稳定,抑制防塌能力强,润滑性能好,有效地解决了云页平-6井二开造斜段摩阻大、定向易托压的难题,具有推广应用前景。
[Abstract]:In view of the high cost and environmental pollution of oil-based drilling fluid used in the development of reservoirs with easily collapsing formations such as shale gas reservoirs, the polyether alkyl glycoside NAPG is used as the main agent, and other additives are matched. An environmental-friendly water-based drilling fluid similar to oil-based in terms of inhibition and lubricating performance was developed. The results of laboratory study show that this kind of oil-base water-based drilling fluid system has good resistance to soil, drilling debris, crude oil and water pollution in terms of inhibition performance and lubricating property as well as oil base drilling fluid with a temperature up to 140 鈩,
