自愈合水泥浆体系优化研究

【摘要】:地下储气库在注采生产过程中水泥环将不断承受交变应力作用,由于地层、套管、水泥石的力学性能不同,在交变应力和地层挤压的作用下水泥环界面容易产生微环隙,导致环空带压。针对上述问题,本文从对自愈合剂的研究入手,优选与自愈合剂配套的其他添加剂,旨在开发出具有自愈合效果的水泥浆体系;同时针对固井领域并无公认的自愈合水泥浆体系自愈合能力评价方法这一情况将重点研究其自愈合能力评价方法。论文主要开展的工作及研究成果如下: (1)研究出了一种能够定量评价自愈合水泥浆体系自愈合能力的评价新方法及仪器。室内模拟实验分析表明,该方法操作简单能够更加准确的定量的评价自愈合能力大小。 (2)论文对结晶型自愈合剂和热熔型自愈合剂进行了自愈合能力评价实验,并进行了自愈合剂的作用机理分析。 (3)基于水泥浆的基本性能要求,论文通过调研及室内实验,对与自愈合剂相配伍的添加剂进行了优选,优选出了与结晶型自愈合剂相配伍的减阻剂SXY-2、降失水剂BS100L、膨胀剂BS500,以及与热熔型自愈合剂相配伍的减阻剂FMA-1、降失水剂BXF-200L、膨胀剂BS500。 (4)论文根据优选出的与自愈合剂相配伍的其他添加剂,通过室内实验综合分析,得出了两种自愈合水泥浆配方。结晶型自愈合水泥浆配方:夹江G级水泥+0.75%分散剂SXY-2+4%降失水剂BS100L+2%膨胀剂BS500+5%悬浮稳定剂WG+X%结晶型自愈合剂+0.2%消泡剂XP-1+水(密度:1.90g/cm3)。热熔型自愈合水泥浆配方:夹江G级水泥+0.75%分散剂FMA-1+3%降失水剂BXF-200L+2%膨胀剂BS500+5%悬浮稳定剂WG+X%自愈合剂+0.2%消泡剂XP-1+水(密度:1.90g/cm3)。 (5)对结晶型自愈合水泥浆体系及热熔型自愈合水泥浆体系的常规性能以及自愈合性能进行评价,结晶型自愈合水泥浆体系及热熔型自愈合水泥浆体系在75℃×0.1MPa水浴养护40天后对于1mm宽的裂缝,自愈合程度分别能达到78.8%和76.0%。
[Abstract]:During the production of underground gas storage, cement ring will be subjected to alternating stress continuously. Because of the different mechanical properties of stratum, casing and cement stone, the interface of cement ring is easy to produce microannulus under the action of alternating stress and stratum extrusion. In view of the above problems, this paper starts with the research of self-healing agent, and optimizes the other additives of self-healing agent to develop the cement slurry system with self-healing effect. In view of the fact that there is no recognized self-healing ability evaluation method in cementing field, the evaluation method of self-healing ability of cement slurry system will be studied. The main work and research results are as follows: (1) A new method and instrument to evaluate the self-healing ability of self-healing cement slurry system has been developed. The laboratory simulation results show that this method can be used to evaluate the ability of self-healing more accurately and quantitatively. (2) the self-healing ability of crystallized self-healing agent and hot-melt self-healing agent were evaluated, and the mechanism of self-healing agent was analyzed. (3) based on the basic performance requirements of cement slurry, through investigation and laboratory experiments, the additives compatible with self-healing agent were selected, and the drag-reducing agent SXY-2, water loss reducing agent BS100L, which was compatible with crystallized self-healing agent, was selected. Expansion Agent BS500, and drag reducing Agent FMA-1, Water loss reducing Agent BXF-200L, Expander BS500. compatible with Hot melting Self-Healing Agent (4) two kinds of self-healing cement slurry formulations were obtained by comprehensive analysis of laboratory experiments according to other additives which were selected to match the self-healing agent. Crystallization self-healing cement slurry formula: Jiaojiang G grade cement 0.75% dispersant SXY-2 4% water loss agent BS100L 2% expansion agent BS500 5% suspension stabilizer WG X% crystallized self-healing agent 0.2% defoamer XP-1 water ( Density: 1.90g/cm3).
