新型油田阻垢剂的合成与性能研究

【摘要】:油田结垢已成为阻碍油田生产秩序,缩短油田寿命的一个严峻问题。在各种类型的垢中,硫酸钡垢因为其结构致密且一般不溶于酸,成为最难以除去的油田垢型。在诸多阻垢除垢的措施以及方法中,将阻垢剂添加到入井流体使其进入循环体系是最为方便和经济的方法。面对溶解度低,不溶于酸的硫酸钡垢,研制出能够防止在生产过程中硫酸钡生成的阻垢剂是消除这一困扰的有力措施。 本论文采用水溶液聚合法合成了两种针对油田中硫酸钡垢的共聚物阻垢剂。研究了投料方式、单体配比、反应时间、引发剂加量、反应温度对产物阻垢性能的影响,得到了最佳合成条件。在不同的浓度、温度、阻垢时间、pH值、阳离子浓度和矿化度的条件下,考察了阻垢剂的阻垢效果变化规律。通过对硫酸钡垢进行电镜扫描,探究了阻垢剂对硫酸钡的作用机理。 本论文采用顺丁烯二酸酐、丙烯酸、乙酸乙烯酯为单体,以过硫酸铵为引发剂,合成了三元共聚物阻垢剂TR-1。通过实验发现当单体摩尔比n(MAH):n(AA):n(VAc)为4:2:1,引发剂加量为单体总质量的5%,聚合反应时间为5小时,反应恒定温度为80℃左右得到的产物具有最佳的阻垢性能。为进一步提升产品耐温耐盐等性能,加入磺酸基单体2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸对TR-1进行改性,合成了四元共聚物阻垢剂TR-2。 通过静态阻垢实验详细考察了两种阻垢剂在不同浓度,不同温度,不同恒温时间,不同酸碱环境,不同矿化度等体系中的阻垢效果。经过改性的TR-2表现出了更强的耐温性和耐盐性,在90℃的环境下阻垢率达到82.58%,矿化度为30000mg/L时,阻垢率达到76.40%,说明TR-2能够在较高温度和高矿化度的环境中使用。 使用环境扫描电镜从微观角度观察阻垢剂加入前后的硫酸钡垢,研究了合成的共聚物阻垢剂对阻硫酸钡产生过程的作用机理,经过分析认为TR系列阻垢剂存在多种作用机理:螯合增溶作用、分散作用、静电斥力作用和晶格畸变作用。
[Abstract]:Scaling has become a serious problem that hinders the production order and shortens the life of oil field. Barium sulfate scale is the most difficult to remove because of its compact structure and generally insoluble in acid. It is the most convenient and economical method to add the scale inhibitor to the well fluid to enter the circulation system among the measures and methods of scale inhibition and scale removal. In the face of low solubility and insoluble barium sulfate scale, a scale inhibitor which can prevent the formation of barium sulfate in production process is a powerful measure to eliminate this problem. In this paper, two kinds of copolymer scale inhibitors for barium sulfate scale in oil field were synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization. The effects of feeding mode, monomer ratio, reaction time, amount of initiator and reaction temperature on the scale inhibition of the product were studied. The optimum synthetic conditions were obtained. Under the conditions of different concentration, temperature, scale inhibition time, pH value, cationic concentration and salinity, the scale inhibition effect of scale inhibitor was investigated. The action mechanism of scale inhibitor on barium sulfate was studied by scanning electron microscope. In this paper, maleic anhydride, acrylic acid, vinyl acetate as monomer, ammonium persulfate as initiator, terpolymer scale inhibitor TR-1. was synthesized. The experimental results show that the polymerization time is 5 hours when the molar ratio of monomer is 4: 2: 1 and the amount of initiator is the total mass of monomer.
