新型硫转移剂在不完全再生催化裂化装置上的工业应用

【摘要】:在中国石油广西石化公司不完全再生催化裂化装置上进行了新型RFS09硫转移剂的工业应用。结果表明:在原料硫质量分数平均值为0.338%、RFS09加注量为5%的情况下,CO锅炉出口烟气中SO_2浓度不大于850mg/m~3,达到预订技术指标要求;按空白SO_2浓度约1 800mg/m~3计算,再生烟气SO_2脱除率达到50%以上。此外,新型RFS09硫转移剂试用期间,装置总液体收率、油浆收率和焦炭产率基本不变;再生烟气粉尘浓度基本稳定且略有下降,油浆固含量保持稳定。
[Abstract]:A new type of RFS09 sulfur transfer agent was applied in incomplete regeneration FCC unit of PetroChina Guangxi Petrochemical Company. The results show that the concentration of SO_2 in flue gas of CO boiler is less than 850 mg / m ~ (3) when the average sulfur content is 0.338% and RFS09 is 5%. According to 1 800mg/m~3 of blank SO_2 concentration, the removal rate of SO_2 from regenerated flue gas is more than 50%. In addition, during the trial of the new RFS09 sulfur transfer agent, the total liquid yield, slurry yield and coke yield of the unit were basically unchanged, the dust concentration of regenerated flue gas was basically stable and slightly decreased, and the slurry solid content remained stable.
