加油站储油罐池火灾伤害结果分析与模拟

【摘要】:伴随国家经济的飞速发展,石油和石油产品在生产和生活中受到越来越广泛的应用,各种油库、加油站数量不断增加。原油储罐是目前加油站的最常见的应用方式,各种罐内部储存油的易爆性,很容易引发火灾爆炸。统计数据显示,不同类型的火灾中,最常见的是池火灾,其危害性也最为严重。因此,加油站储油罐安全性评价是特别重要的领域。分析事故所造成的后果是安全性评价最重要的部分,以定量描述事故的后果的严重性为目的,如在事故的伤害范围内,在相应数量的人员和财产的情况下,就可以计算出人员伤亡和财产损失的的程度。首先,使用道(DOW)化学评价法,评价加油站储油罐的安全性,描绘其火灾和爆炸的危险水平,并计算危害半径,暴露的面积,财产的最大可能损失等。然而,由于该评价方法索引值的确定相对刻板,与实际情况相去甚远,导致方法的灵活性和的灵敏度较差。然后利用流体力学软件FLUENT,以储罐池火灾火焰为研究对象,模拟火焰热辐射对周围环境的影响,结合热辐射破坏准则,确定伤害半径范围内的损坏程度。FLUENT软件中的参数设置更加灵活,图形显示功能又能使研究结果更加直观具体。综上所述,道化学火灾、爆炸危险指数评价法,简单易学,但很容易出现异常评估的结果,FLUENT软件模拟数值模拟方法在确定人员伤亡程度上更精确具体,因此,应用道化学火灾爆炸指数评价法与FLUENT软件数值模拟两种方法分析加油站储油罐事故后果具有广泛的应用前景。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of national economy, petroleum and petroleum products are more and more widely used in production and life. Crude oil storage tank is the most common application way of gas station at present. Statistics show that pool fire is the most common fire in different types of fire, and its harmfulness is the most serious. Therefore, the safety evaluation of gas tank is a very important field. The analysis of the consequences of the accident is the most important part of the safety evaluation, with a view to quantitatively describing the severity of the consequences of the accident, such as within the scope of the accident's injury, in the case of a corresponding number of persons and property, The extent of casualties and property losses can be calculated. Firstly, the (DOW) chemical evaluation method is used to evaluate the safety of oil storage tank in gas station, to describe the dangerous level of fire and explosion, and to calculate the radius of hazard, the area exposed, the maximum possible loss of property, and so on. However, because the index value of the evaluation method is relatively rigid, which is far from the actual situation, the flexibility and sensitivity of the evaluation method are poor. Then using the fluid dynamics software FLUENT, to study the tank fire flame, the influence of the flame thermal radiation on the surrounding environment is simulated, and the thermal radiation failure criterion is combined. The parameter setting in FLUENT software is more flexible, and the function of graphic display can make the research results more intuitive and concrete. To sum up, the road chemical fire, explosion risk index evaluation method is simple and easy to learn, but it is easy to produce abnormal evaluation results. The numerical simulation method of FLUENT software is more accurate and specific in determining the degree of casualties. The application of road chemical fire and explosion index evaluation method and FLUENT software numerical simulation method to analyze the accident consequences of oil storage tank in gas station has a wide application prospect.
