大庆石化HDPE装置采用Aspen技术优化控制示范工程

【摘要】:大庆石化HDPE装置采用日本三井油化淤浆法工艺技术,控制系统直接采用DCS集散控制系统。集散控制系统DCS的广泛使用使过程控制水平得到了很大的提高,但只是PID回路的集成,仍未脱离常规PID的控制模式,对于变量众多、反应快速、耦合严重的生产过程控制而言,已不能满足日益激烈的市场竞争的需要。本文主要是采用Aspen公司提供的先进控制软件,在大庆石化HDPE装置实施聚合生产先进控制系统(包括非线性多变量控制器、主要聚合物性质的预测和产品配方、牌号切换管理),对生产过程进行优化控制,对反应器的乙烯、共聚单体、母液、己烷、催化剂等进料量进行优化控制,最终提高装置运行平稳率,同时为装置创造巨大的经济效益。本课题于2011年6月正式启动,2011年8月先进控制系统全部上线投入使用,2014年9月完成牌号切换建模工作并上线投用,完成了5000S与2200J自动牌号往返切换工作。运行表明,该系统增强了装置的抗干扰能力,提高了装置生产的平稳性,减轻了操作人员工作负荷。提高了装置控制水平,降低装置物耗,增加经济效益。减少了主要工艺参数的波动,提高了产率,缩短牌号切换时间,各项数据均达到了合同要求。
[Abstract]:The HDPE unit of Daqing Petrochemical Company adopts the technology of Nippon Mitsui oil slurry process, and the DCS distributed control system is used directly in the control system. The wide use of distributed control system (DCS) has greatly improved the process control level, but it is only the integration of PID loop, which is still not out of the control mode of conventional PID. It can no longer meet the need of increasingly fierce market competition. This paper mainly uses the advanced control software provided by Aspen company to implement the advanced control system of polymerization production in the HDPE plant of Daqing Petrochemical Company (including nonlinear multivariable controller, prediction of main polymer properties and product formula, brand switching management). The feed amount of ethylene, monomer, mother liquor, hexane, catalyst and so on in the reactor were optimized and controlled. The steady rate of operation of the unit was improved and the economic benefit of the unit was created at the same time. The subject was officially launched in June 2011, and all the advanced control systems were put into use in August 2011. In September 2014, the modeling work of brand switching was completed and put into use online, and the work of switching between 5000S and 2200J automatic brand numbers was completed. The operation shows that the system enhances the anti-interference ability of the device, improves the stability of the production of the device, and lightens the workload of the operator. The control level of the device is improved, the material consumption of the device is reduced, and the economic benefit is increased. The fluctuation of main process parameters is reduced, the production rate is increased, and the switch time is shortened. All the data meet the requirements of the contract.
