机坪管道积水驱除数值模拟

【摘要】:机坪管道底部积水引起的腐蚀产物容易堵塞管道,影响管道正常运行。结合计算流体力学和等效切应力原理,运用CFD技术对机坪管道积水驱除过程的流动特性进行三维数值模拟,分析大管径工况下机坪管道底部积水的驱除状况,得出影响积水流态的主要参数及积水能够被完全驱除的临界条件,揭示机坪管道积水后系统的流动特性。结果表明:管道底部积水形态与油相流速、管路布置、积水量等参数有关;利用管道内部油相将底部积水完全携带出管道,需要增大油相流速、降低倾角、减小积水量。研究大管径管道积水的流动特性对机坪管道积水驱除的实际应用具有重要的指导意义。
[Abstract]:Corrosion products caused by stagnant water at the bottom of the aerodrome easily clog the pipeline and affect the normal operation of the pipeline. Combined with the principle of computational fluid dynamics and equivalent shear stress, the flow characteristics of the drainage process of aeroplane pipeline are simulated by using CFD technology, and the condition of removing the water at the bottom of the aerodrome pipeline under the condition of large pipe diameter is analyzed. The main parameters affecting the flow state of water and the critical conditions under which the water can be completely removed are obtained, and the flow characteristics of the system after the draining of the aerodrome pipeline are revealed. The results show that the form of water accumulation at the bottom of the pipeline is related to the flow velocity of the oil phase, the arrangement of the pipeline, the amount of water accumulated, and so on, and the oil phase in the pipeline is used to completely carry the water from the bottom of the pipeline. It is of great significance to study the flow characteristics of hydrops in large diameter pipes for practical application.
