辽河油田稠油热采并侧钻技术研究和应用
[Abstract]:Most of the reservoirs in Liaohe Oilfield are heavy oil reservoirs with loose cementation. After nearly 30 years of exploration and development, oilfield production has entered the middle and late stage, increasing reservoir, stable production situation is very serious. How to increase recovery factor, increase crude oil production and reduce production cost has become one of the arduous tasks in heavy oil development process. However, side drilling technology of thermal recovery wells for heavy oil has the advantages of improving recovery efficiency and reducing production cost of heavy oil reservoir. It has become increasingly popular with oil companies. In this paper, the side drilling technology is analyzed and studied in detail. Combining with theoretical research and field application, a set of side drilling technology suitable for thermal recovery of heavy oil in old oil area is selected. To solve the problem of increasing production and stable production in Liaohe Oilfield in the later stage of development, and to evaluate the economic benefit of side drilling technology in heavy oil reservoir. The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows: 1. Optimizing the trajectory design of sidetracking well, synthetically analyzing the slanting ability of the tool, opening the window, analyzing the intact condition of the casing, the lithology of the formation, and the longitudinal distribution of the oil-water layer. Geological requirements and other factors Optimizing drilling tool combination, drilling fluid system, drilling parameters, making use of old casing as much as possible under the premise of satisfying geological requirements, reducing open hole feeding, shortening drilling cycle, saving drilling cost and increasing production. 2. Through the analysis of the main causes of the short side drilling life, the main technological measures for prolonging the side drilling life are discussed, and the importance of implementing the side drilling reaming technology is made clear. Some technical problems in the process of sidetracking and reaming are also discussed. In order to prevent bottom water coning, the residual oil potential of thick layer bottom water drive reservoir and low permeability thin layer is excavated by using branch well production technology. Based on the analysis of the application of side drilling matching technology, the infilling adjustment scheme is adopted to exploit the potential of remaining oil. The purpose of improving reservoir development effect is to reduce the cost and increase production. 3. According to the analysis of factors affecting cementing quality of side drilling, the cement slurry system with micro expansion and low water loss is tested and compared. The FS-I gas channeling and water loss control agent is selected, and a side drilling cementing tool is developed to optimize and perfect the sidetrack drilling and completion operation process and improve the cementing quality of the sidetrack drilling and completion. 4. The paper analyzes the completion of sidetracking drilling in Liaohe Oilfield over the years. The statistical data of sidetracking horizontal wells and the evaluation of the economic benefits of lateral drilling technology in heavy oil reservoirs are compared with those in the adjustment wells and renewal wells with the same ruler, and the engineering investment is saved by 1.22 billion yuan.
