锦16块二元驱两段密闭原油脱水工艺研究

【摘要】:辽河油田锦16区块注水开发至今已二十多年,目前大部分油井综合含水率已超过90%,采出程度超过40%,已经进入了双高开采阶段。断块的产量的递减和含水率上升用常规方法已无法减缓,必须采取新方法、新技术在注水开发的基础上增加可采储量,提高采收率,在这种背景下开展二元驱三次采油是辽河油田持续稳定发展的需要。欢三联二元驱原油脱水站是锦16块二元驱油气集输及处理工程最重要部分,欢三联合站隶属锦州采油厂,已经运行三十多年,站内已建工艺流程不能满足二元驱原油脱水处理工艺的要求,需要进行必要的工艺改造。本文通过室内脱水试验,收集现场调研数据,提出了欢三联改造方案和新建集中处理站方案,有针对性的进行工艺方案的设计、对比和优选,确定了欢三联合站改造方案,并提出欢三联存在的主要问题并进行改造。最终采用了一段压力沉降利用三相分离器进行脱水、二段电化学沉降利用电脱水器脱水的工艺方案,确保原油脱水处理工艺高效、节能、安全、可靠。根据确定的方案、设计参数,进行工艺计算,进一步确定具体的改造措施,充分利用欢三联站内的已建设施、设备,优化工艺流程,优选新建设备,确保改造后工艺流程节能、高效,投资最少,经济效益最高;同时对欢三联站内安全、环境、消防和节能等措施进行改造,使联合站能够安全、平稳运行。通过本文研究为锦16块二元驱原油脱水工艺提供了指导思想,为联合站正常生产运行提供了保证,为欢联合站改造具体实施提供了基础,具有重要的意义。
[Abstract]:It has been more than 20 years since water injection was developed in Block Jin16 of Liaohe Oilfield. At present, the comprehensive water cut of most oil wells has exceeded 90%, the recovery degree is more than 40%, and has entered the stage of double high production. The decline of production and the increase of water cut in fault block can not be slowed down by conventional methods. New methods and new technologies must be adopted to increase recoverable reserves and increase recovery efficiency on the basis of waterflooding development. Under this background, it is necessary for Liaohe oil field to carry out three-stage oil recovery with binary flooding. Huansanlian binary flooding crude oil dehydration station is the most important part of the oil and gas gathering, transportation and processing engineering of binary flooding in block Jin16. Huan San United Station belongs to Jinzhou Oil production Plant and has been in operation for more than 30 years. The process flow has been built in the station can not meet the requirements of binary flooding crude oil dehydration process, so it is necessary to carry out necessary technological transformation. Through indoor dehydration test, collecting field investigation data, this paper puts forward Huan Sanlian transformation plan and new centralized processing station plan, and designs, compares and optimizes the process plan, and determines the Huan three combined station reconstruction plan. And put forward the main problems of Huan triple and reform. Finally, the dewatering process of the first stage pressure sedimentation using three-phase separator and the second stage electrochemical sedimentation using electric dehydrator is adopted to ensure the high efficiency, energy saving, safety and reliability of crude oil dehydration process. According to the determined scheme, design parameters, process calculation, further determine the specific measures of transformation, make full use of the built facilities, equipment, optimize the process flow, select the newly built equipment, and ensure the energy saving of the technological process after the revamping, High efficiency, minimum investment and the highest economic benefit; At the same time, the measures of safety, environment, fire protection and energy saving in Huan Sanlian Station are reformed to make the station run safely and smoothly. The research in this paper provides the guiding ideology for the binary flooding crude oil dehydration process of Jin16 block, guarantees the normal production and operation of the combined station, and provides the foundation for the concrete implementation of the Huan joint station transformation, which is of great significance.
