SDPSO平台储油系统油水置换工艺设计

【摘要】:新型Spar钻井生产储油平台(SDPSO)是一种新型的集"钻-采-储-运"四大功能为一体,具有干树钻井和干树采油能力的Spar平台。由于采用了经典Spar平台形式,新型SDPSO平台深吃水的浮体结构中部存在很大的自然空间,具备大量储油条件,因此可利用其进行原油储存,摆脱对浮式储油轮的依赖。利用Spar的结构空间进行原油储存涉及油水置换问题,需进行试验验证油水置换工艺的可行性。针对中轻质原油,进行新型SDPSO平台浮式储油装置油水置换系统的工艺方案设计。
[Abstract]:The new Spar drilling and production oil storage platform (SDPSO) is a new type of Spar platform with the functions of "drilling, reserving and transporting" and has the ability of dry-tree drilling and dry-tree oil recovery. Because the classical Spar platform is adopted, there is a large natural space in the middle of the floating body structure of the new SDPSO platform, which has a lot of oil storage conditions, so it can be used to store crude oil and get rid of the dependence on floating oil tankers. Using the structure space of Spar to store crude oil involves the problem of oil-water displacement, so the feasibility of oil-water replacement process should be verified by experiments. For medium and light crude oil, a new type of SDPSO platform floating oil storage system for oil and water replacement system is designed.
