一种新型堵水调剖用酚醛交联剂的研究

【摘要】:水溶性低聚合度酚醛树脂交联剂,因其将苯酚和甲醛进行一定程度的反应,与常规酚醛单体类交联剂相比,挥发性和毒性较低,因而被广泛应用于油田堵水调剖作业。但此类交联剂在室温下放置一段时间后极易出现固化情况,保存稳定性不足,严重影响交联剂的使用。针对这一不足,本文通过分子设计制备了一种新型酚醛类交联剂,该交联剂稳定性优异,50℃条件下可存贮60天左右。利用该交联剂制备凝胶体系,成胶黏度可达20000m Pa·s,成胶适用温度范围为60~120℃,可耐受钠离子20000mg/L、钙离子5000mg/L及p H=5~9的地层环境,成胶60天后凝胶黏度保留率约为75%,封堵率94%左右。相比于常规酚醛类交联剂具有更广阔的适用性。
[Abstract]:Water soluble and low degree of polymerization phenolic resin crosslinker is widely used in oil field water shutoff and profile control because of its reaction of phenol and formaldehyde to a certain extent and lower volatility and toxicity compared with conventional phenolic monomer crosslinker. However, this kind of crosslinking agent is easy to be cured after being kept at room temperature for a period of time, and the stability of the crosslinking agent is not enough, which seriously affects the use of crosslinking agent. In this paper, a novel phenolic crosslinking agent was prepared by molecular design. The crosslinking agent has excellent stability and can be stored at 50 鈩,
