气体钻井地层出水预测及处理方法研究

【摘要】:气体钻井相对常规钻井具有钻速快、防井漏、保护油气层等技术优势,在各油田的应用越来越广,然而在实际钻井施工中,若地层出水则容易造成井壁坍塌、卡钻等井下复杂事故,限制了气体钻井的使用范围。因此,对于准确预测出水层位、确定出水量以及出水后如何处理,成为推广应用气体钻井技术的瓶颈之一。 本文基于水文地质学、流体力学、油田化学及测井解释、多相流基础理论等,通过研究气体钻井地层出水量影响因素、地层出水量计算模型的建立、吸水剂性能室内评价实验、结合气体钻井实际工况,得出气体钻井工况下地层出水量预测模型和吸水剂类型优选方案。研究内容及成果如下: (1)总结分析了影响气体钻井地层出水的因素,将出水分为浅表层出水和中深层出水,得出了对应出水层位的预测方法。 (2)以非稳定渗流模型为基础,耦合地应力变化,建立出水量动态预测数学模型,得到了动态出水量规律并通过实例计算验证模型准确性。 (3)根据气体钻井实际工况,设计了适应环空出水后环雾流及液流环境的实验方案,通过实验对比了工程中常用的6种超强吸水剂在抗盐能力、抗酸碱性和抗温、抗压性能差别,为进一步优选提供理论依据。 本研究为气体钻井地层出水量预测及出水后吸水剂处理方法提供相应理论和实验依据,对气体钻井参数优化及施工安全具有一定指导意义。
[Abstract]:Compared with conventional drilling, gas drilling has the advantages of fast drilling speed, preventing well leakage, protecting oil and gas layers and so on. It is more and more widely used in various oil fields. However, in the actual drilling operation, if the formation is out of water, it is easy to cause wellbore collapse. Complex accidents such as drilling jam restrict the scope of application of gas drilling. Therefore, it is one of the bottlenecks in popularizing and applying gas drilling technology to accurately predict the level of effluent, determine the amount of water produced and how to deal with it. Based on hydrogeology, hydrodynamics, oil field chemistry and logging interpretation, and basic theory of multiphase flow, this paper studies the influence factors of formation water output in gas drilling, the establishment of formation water output calculation model, the laboratory evaluation experiment of absorbent performance, and so on. Combined with the actual conditions of gas drilling, the prediction model of formation water output and the optimal selection scheme of absorbent type under gas drilling conditions are obtained. The research contents and results are as follows: (1) the factors affecting the effluent of gas drilling formation are summarized and analyzed, the effluent is divided into shallow surface water and middle deep layer water, and the prediction method of corresponding effluent layer is obtained. (2) based on the unstable seepage model and coupled with the variation of in-situ stress, the mathematical model of dynamic prediction of water output is established, and the accuracy of the model is verified by an example. (3) according to the actual conditions of gas drilling, the experimental scheme for the environment of annular mist flow and liquid flow after annular water extraction is designed. Through the experiments, six kinds of superabsorbent commonly used in engineering are compared in salt resistance, acid resistance, alkalinity resistance and temperature resistance. The difference of compressive performance provides theoretical basis for further optimal selection. This study provides theoretical and experimental basis for prediction of formation water output and treatment method of absorbent after gas drilling. It is of certain guiding significance for optimization of gas drilling parameters and construction safety.
