单井集油管线管输压力上升影响规律研究

【摘要】:大庆油田进入高含水阶段并应用三次采油技术后,单管简化集油工艺已经规模化推广。单管串接工艺在运行的过程中,管路内壁出现凝油的现象时有发生,高回压井的数量明显增多,造成管路堵塞,压力上升,管线结蜡严重,冲洗频繁,直接影响油田的正常生产。为此,需要通过开展单管串接工艺凝油形成及压力上升影响规律试验研究,分析导致单井回压过高的原因,从而制定相应的解决措施,最终有效解决由单井回压过高所带来的生产问题。本文以萨北过渡带为主要对象,确定了凝油形成高峰温度区间,研究不同工况下凝油形成规律,分析了凝油形成的影响因素、过程及机理;在室内实验及理论研究的基础上,选择串接井组,开展了单管串接通球集油工艺适应性现场试验,进一步分析了压力、温度、流型及凝油变化规律;结合室内及现场试验对导致单井回压过高的原因分析,从管输最小流量和管输起点最低温度两方面切入,确定了A01~A04队共8个阀组间、辖250余口生产井的单管串接集输技术界限,并针对此提出了覆盖所有类别油井的高回压治理措施。论文的主要成果有:(1)从介质粘度和粘弹双重特性出发,确定了60~95%含水原油的凝油形成高峰温度区间,含水率升高,凝油温度值降低,95%含水原油的凝油温度界限从60%含水时的34.6℃~20.0℃下降到32.5℃~17.4℃;(2)对A01~A04队8个阀组间所辖的252口油井分类、分工况确定了满足安全回油的管输最小流量界限与起点最低温度(井口最低出油温度)界限;(3)通过总结高回压油井特征,并基于单管串接流程集输技术界限确定结果,分析了油井高回压的成因,从地面工程设计、运行管理及减阻预处理等方面提出了覆盖区块所有油井的高回压治理措施。
[Abstract]:After Daqing Oilfield entered high water cut stage and applied tertiary oil recovery technology, single pipe simplified oil gathering technology has been popularized on a large scale. During the operation of the single pipe serial connection process, the phenomenon of condensing oil occurs from time to time on the inner wall of the pipeline, and the number of high return pressure wells increases obviously, which results in the blockage of the pipeline, the rise of the pressure, the serious wax deposition of the pipeline, and the frequent flushing. Directly affect the normal production of oil fields. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the causes of excessive backpressure in single well through the experimental study on the formation of condensing oil and the influence of pressure rise in single pipe series connection process, and to formulate corresponding measures to solve the problem. Finally, the production problem caused by high return pressure in single well can be solved effectively. In this paper, taking the transitional zone of Sabei as the main object, the peak temperature interval of the formation of the condensed oil is determined, the formation law of the condensed oil under different working conditions is studied, and the influencing factors, processes and mechanisms of the formation of the condensing oil are analyzed. On the basis of laboratory experiment and theoretical research, the adaptability field test of single tube-connected ball gathering technology was carried out, and the variation law of pressure, temperature, flow pattern and condensing oil was further analyzed. Combined with laboratory and field tests, the causes of high backpressure in single well are analyzed. From two aspects of minimum flow rate and minimum temperature of pipeline transportation, the technical limits of single pipe series gathering and transportation of more than 250 production wells are determined among 8 valve groups of A01~A04 team. The treatment measures of high return pressure covering all kinds of wells are put forward. The main achievements of this paper are as follows: (1) based on the dual properties of medium viscosity and viscoelasticity, the peak temperature range of condensate formation of 60 ~ 95% water-cut crude oil is determined.
