聚季铵盐杀菌剂的合成

【摘要】：以聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵和丙烯酸为原料,Va-044为引发剂,通过自由基聚合、共聚合成了聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵-丙烯酸。考察了反应温度、引发剂质量分数、丙烯酸质量占总反应物料的质量比对产率的影响,结果表明,当反应温度为70℃,引发剂质量分数为0.6%,丙烯酸质量占总反应物料的质量比为16.7%时产率最高,为91.4%。通过在油田进行现场试验发现,合成的杀菌剂在油田水处理中有明显的作用。
[Abstract]:Poly (dimethyldiallylammonium chloride) -acrylic acid was synthesized by free radical polymerization with polydimethyldiallylammonium chloride and acrylic acid as raw materials and Va-044 as initiator.
