春风油田浅薄层超稠油水平井蒸汽驱开发实践与认识

【摘要】:春风油田位于新疆准噶尔盆地西缘,属于薄浅层超稠油油藏,在开发实践过程中,采取蒸汽吞吐开采方式,多轮次吞吐后,存在产量快速递减问题,在综合评估论证的基础上,在排601北区适时开展了薄浅层超稠油水平井蒸汽驱开发先导试验。在对排601北区进行油藏特征、开发困难、面临问题等研究分析的基础上,从蒸汽驱方案优化、方案调整、现场技术配套、现场实施等方面对先导试验进行系统的全面研究。在该试验区上采用排状井网相比于吞吐而言,可提高采收率31.7%,推荐注汽强度为2.07t/d.ha.m、采注比大于1.2。现场试验表明,注汽速度为6.0t/h时,既可以防止汽窜发生,又可以加快温度场建立;调整实施后,试验区井口温度平均由65℃升至目前73℃,平均单井日增油3.3t/d;通过封堵治理“热水窜”提高注汽效果,含水由90.6%降至87.7%,日产油由65t/d升至77t/d,取得较好的开发效果,可显著提高春风油田开采质量和效率,为新疆准噶尔盆地西缘、北缘等类似油藏的蒸汽驱开发提供了参考、奠定了技术基础。
[Abstract]:Chunfeng Oilfield is located in the western margin of Junggar Basin, Xinjiang, and belongs to thin shallow super heavy oil reservoir. In the process of development, steam huff and puff production is adopted. After multiple rounds of huff and puff, there is a problem of rapid decline of production, which is based on comprehensive evaluation and demonstration. A pilot test of steam flooding for thin shallow super heavy oil horizontal wells was carried out in North Pai601. Based on the research and analysis of reservoir characteristics, development difficulties and problems in North Pai 601, the pilot test is systematically and comprehensively studied from the aspects of steam drive scheme optimization, scheme adjustment, field technical matching, field implementation, and so on. Compared with huff and puff, the oil recovery can be improved by using row well pattern in this experiment area. The recommended steam injection intensity is 2.07 t / d. Ha. M, and the ratio of production and injection is more than 1.2. The field test shows that the steam channeling can be prevented and the temperature field can be set up when the steam injection velocity is 6.0t/h.
