石油井下测调控制器系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:为进一步提高油田分层注水井的测试效率及测试合格率,测调联动分层配水技术被逐渐推广至工业化应用,达到了降低测试劳动强度、缩短测试周期、提高注水合格率的目的。井下测调控制器的设计是测调联动分层配水技术的基础,其主要功能是实现井下数据采集,并在地面进行处理分析,生成测试成果表及测试卡片,然后根据测试结果给出相应控制信号,调节井下仪器的工作状态以改变注水量,提高注水效率。本文在了解测调联动分层配水技术的基础上,深入研究井下测调控制器。首先完成了对井下测调控制器的硬件电路设计,然后通过对下位机软件的设计,实现了井下电磁流量计的数据采集与处理,电机驱动控制等功能,并且引入了U盘存储及GPRS无线通信技术,将井下信息即时存储并传送至上位机。最后完成控制器上位机软件的设计,在实现数据查看、报表生成及实时控制等基本功能的基础上,针对测试软件在运行的过程中曝露出的不适应性提出了一些改进升级方案,主要包括仪器系数文件加密、测试成果数据文件加密、测试过程监控以及改进软件操作模式等。最后通过现场测试结果表明,本文设计的井下测调控制器软件,提高了井下数据的检测精度,实现了分层注水量的调节。并对相关文件进行加密,保证了数据的安全存储。同时,升级后的软件界面,将测调及采集两大功能独立分开,通过软件的工作状态指示,可以明确测试操作步骤,有效的防止了测试数据及采集数据混淆。
[Abstract]:In order to further improve the test efficiency and test qualification rate of stratified water injection wells in oilfield, the technology of testing and regulating stratified water distribution has been gradually extended to the industrial application, which has achieved the purpose of reducing the test labor intensity, shortening the test period and increasing the qualified rate of water injection. The design of downhole testing and adjusting controller is the basis of the technology of stratified water distribution. Its main function is to realize downhole data acquisition, process and analyze on the ground, and generate test result table and test card. Then according to the test results, the corresponding control signals are given, and the working state of the downhole instruments is adjusted to change the water injection rate and improve the water injection efficiency. In this paper, the downhole monitoring and adjusting controller is studied on the basis of understanding the technology of stratified water distribution. The hardware circuit design of downhole measuring and adjusting controller is completed at first, and then the functions of data acquisition and processing of downhole electromagnetic Flowmeter, motor drive control and so on are realized through the design of lower computer software. The U disk storage and GPRS wireless communication technology are introduced to store and transmit the downhole information to the upper computer. Finally, the software design of the controller is completed. On the basis of the basic functions of data viewing, report generation and real-time control, some improvement and upgrade schemes are put forward for the inadaptability of the test software exposed during the running process. It mainly includes instrument coefficient file encryption, test result data file encryption, test process monitoring and improving software operation mode. Finally, the field test results show that the software designed in this paper can improve the precision of downhole data detection and realize the regulation of stratified water injection. And the relevant files are encrypted to ensure the safe storage of data. At the same time, the upgraded software interface will be independent of the two major functions of testing and acquisition, through the working state of the software instructions, can clarify the test operation steps, effectively prevent the confusion between test data and data collection.
