H油田硫酸钡阻垢剂的复配及评价

【摘要】:在油气田开发中后期,含水率上升,或是注入增产过程,会导致大量无机盐垢的生成,严重危害着油田的生产安全。硫酸盐垢易形成难去除,只能通过阻垢剂来防治这类垢的生成。 本文针对H油田硫酸盐结垢的情况,在国内外研究现状调研的基础上开展了一系列的研究,取得了以下成果: (1)本论文以绿色阻垢剂为主剂,有机膦酸类与聚合物类阻垢剂为添加剂进行复配,对7种常用的阻垢剂对硫酸钡的阻垢性能进行了评价,确定了以PESA为主剂,PBTCA与AMPS为添加剂。 (2)运用正交实验方法,确定了主剂与添加剂的浓度比,PESA、PBTCA与AMPS的浓度比为8:1:0.5。LJ-51的pH值为6.3,属于弱酸性阻垢剂。LJ-51在浓度为8.8mg/L时,即对硫酸钡有较好的阻垢效果,PBTCA与AMPS的添加,增强了其抗盐、耐温等性能,综合性能优于PESA。LJ-51对碳酸钙也有一定的阻垢效果。对于已经生成的硫酸钡垢,LJ-51几乎没有除垢的能力。 (3)LJ-51对于N80钢片有很好的缓蚀效果,能够在钢片表面形成一层致密的保护膜,防止钢片被腐蚀,但是所需LJ-51的浓度较大,在100mg/L下才有较好的缓蚀效果。LJ-51中富含螯合基团,对Ba2+有很强的螯合作用,能够阻止硫酸钡晶核的形成,导致晶核的畸变,阻碍垢晶体的生长。 (4)运用Oddo-Tomson饱和指数法与饱和系数法,对H油田三口井的结垢进行预测,预测结果得到H油田主要结垢类型都为BaSO4,其沉积在整个井筒及地面管线中。还有生成CaC03与CaSO4的可能,且主要沉积在井底。在温度为95℃时,LJ-51在油井的最佳使用浓度为10mg/L,且需要添加一定量的PBTCA以提高其对碳酸钙的阻垢效果,LJ-51与PBTCA使用浓度比为8:2。由三口井的生产曲线分析得到,HS1、HS2、HS3三口油井的日注入LJ-51与PBTCA的量分别为:HS1井543.76g、135.94g,HS2井488g、122g,HS3井177.68g、44.42g。
[Abstract]:In the middle and late stage of oil and gas field development, the increase of water cut or the process of injecting production increase will lead to the formation of a large amount of inorganic salt scale, which will seriously endanger the production safety of oil field. Sulfate scale is easy to form and difficult to remove, so it can only be prevented by scale inhibitor. According to the situation of sulphate scaling in H oil field, a series of researches have been carried out on the basis of domestic and international research status. The following results have been achieved: (1) the main agent of this paper is green scale inhibitor. Organic phosphonic acid and polymer scale inhibitor were used as additives to evaluate the scale inhibition of barium sulfate by seven kinds of scale inhibitors. The main additives were PESA, PBTCA and AMPS were used as additives. (2) the concentration ratio of main agent and additive was determined by orthogonal experiment. The concentration ratio of PESA,PBTCA to AMPS was 6.3 pH of 8:1:0.5.LJ-51. LJ-51 has better scale inhibition effect on barium sulfate when its concentration is 8.8mg/L. The addition of PBTCA and AMPS enhances its salt resistance, temperature resistance, etc. The comprehensive performance is better than PESA.LJ-51 to calcium carbonate also has certain scale inhibition effect. For barium sulfate scale that has been generated, LJ-51 has little ability to remove scale. (3) LJ-51 has good corrosion inhibition effect on N80 steel sheet, and it can form a dense protective film on the surface of steel sheet to prevent the steel sheet from being corroded, but the concentration of LJ-51 required is high. LJ-51 has a strong chelating effect on Ba2, which can prevent the formation of barium sulfate nucleus, lead to the distortion of crystal nucleus and hinder the growth of scale crystal. (4) Oddo-Tomson saturation index method and saturation coefficient method are used to predict scaling in three wells in H oilfield. The results show that the main scaling types of H oil field are BaSO4, which are deposited in the whole well bore and surface pipeline.
