蒸馏装置减压深拔实验研究及工业应用

【摘要】:采用短程分子蒸馏技术,对独山子石化公司蒸馏装置减压渣油进行了深拔分离,考察了不同拔出深度窄馏分的性质,并对按比例调和的宽馏分减压深拔重蜡油作为催化裂化装置原料的性质进行了分析评价,结果表明,蜡油Ⅱ终馏点达到600.80℃时,蜡油Ⅱ收率提高2.32%,残炭值达1.38%,已不能满足催化原料残炭值控制要求。拔出终馏点大于600℃后,残炭、金属含量等指标迅速上升,重蜡油已不能满足催化原料控制指标。在工业应用中,建议通过优化和调整蒸馏装置的操作,控制拔出深度和重蜡油残炭,达到增加催化裂化原料来源、改善全厂蜡油平衡的目的。
