注水干线冲洗参数对冲洗效果的影响规律研究

【摘要】:油田注水过程中,注入水的水质不能达标,水质指标不能被控制在规范要求的安全范围内,则会对油井和油层造成严重的危害,也因此达不到驱油增产的目的。为保证注水管道安全经济运行,针对现阶段大庆油田采出污水处理后,经注水站、注水干线、注水支线最后到达井口过程中,悬浮物含量、油类、滋生的菌类对注入水水质形成了二次污染,以及干线冲洗水水质波动大,对污水处理系统运行造成影响的问题,开展污水二次污染规律试验研究。首先,开展现场大排量冲洗实验,将现场化验经验与油田行业水质标准要求相结合,针对回注水水质(本文中是含油和悬浮物),制定出一套适用于实验室的详细的操作规程。并利用这套实验操作对水质进行化验分析。其次,采用数值模拟的方法定性分析了注水量(冲洗时间)对管道内壁面砂粒浓度、壁面含油及悬浮物浓度的冲洗效果,同时也定性分析了注水速度对管道内壁面砂粒浓度、含油及悬浮物浓度的影响规律,并总结并得到水质变化情况与冲洗时间、冲洗速度之间的关系。然后,采用数理统计的方法定量分析了冲洗时间、管长、冲洗流速与注入水水质间的相关关系并建立水质变化情况与主要影响因素之间的函数关系,在此基础上确定注水干线合理的冲洗参数。最后,开展固定干线冲洗参数优化实验,对前后两年不同长度管线上同一取样口所取样品的冲洗效果进行对比分析,因干线二次污染的主要物是含油及悬浮物,故在干线冲洗时,可在干线冲洗的水源(污水站)增加破乳剂及杀菌剂等辅助药剂处理,有助于提高干线冲洗效果。针对该区块,根据现场实测水质指标值,运用它们和冲洗时间之间的关系对冲洗时间进行验算,得出,若要使含油量达到油田行业标准要求至少需要2.87个小时,若要使得悬浮物含量达到油田行业标准至少需要5.59个小时。
[Abstract]:In the process of oil field water injection, the water quality of injected water can not reach the standard, and the water quality index can not be controlled within the safety range required by the specification, which will cause serious harm to oil wells and reservoirs, and will not achieve the purpose of oil displacement and production increase. In order to ensure the safe and economical operation of water injection pipeline, in the process of water injection station, water injection trunk line and water injection branch line finally reaching the wellhead, the content of suspended solids, oil, etc., after treatment of produced sewage in Daqing Oilfield at present, The breeding bacteria cause secondary pollution to the water quality of the injected water, and the water quality of the main line flushing water fluctuates greatly, which affects the operation of the sewage treatment system. The experimental study on the regularity of the secondary pollution of the sewage is carried out. Firstly, the field large displacement flushing experiment is carried out, which combines the field test experience with the water quality standard requirements of the oilfield industry, and a set of detailed operating rules suitable for the laboratory are worked out for the water quality of the water injected back (oil and suspended matter in this paper). And use this set of experiment operation to carry on the laboratory analysis to the water quality. Secondly, the numerical simulation method is used to qualitatively analyze the washing effect of water injection rate (washing time) on the concentration of sand particles on the inner wall of pipeline, oil content on the wall surface and concentration of suspended solids. At the same time, the effect of water injection rate on the concentration of sand particles on the inner wall of pipeline is also analyzed qualitatively. The effects of oil content and suspended matter concentration on water quality were summarized and the relationship between water quality change and washing time and washing speed was obtained. Then, the correlation between water quality and water quality is analyzed quantitatively by mathematical statistical method, and the functional relationship between water quality change and main influencing factors is established, and the correlation between the water quality, the length of the pipe, the flush velocity and the water quality of the injected water is also established. On the basis of this, the reasonable washing parameters of the main water injection line are determined. Finally, the optimization experiment of flushing parameters of fixed trunk line is carried out, and the flushing effect of samples taken from the same sampling port at the same sampling port in two years before and after two years of pipeline is compared and analyzed, because the main substances of secondary pollution of the trunk line are oil and suspended matter. When washing the trunk line, the demulsifiers and fungicides can be added to the water source (sewage station) of the main line washing, which is helpful to improve the washing effect of the trunk line. According to the field measured water quality index value and the relationship between them and the washing time, the flushing time is checked and calculated. It is concluded that it takes at least 2.87 hours to make the oil content meet the industry standard of the oil field. It will take at least 5.59 hours to bring suspended matter up to industry standards.
