低界面张力低分子稠化剂的研究

【摘要】:超低界面张力表面活性剂的室内探讨已获得了少许发展,然而因其高的合成和应用成本,因此还不能普通的现场应用。为了降低其成本,还需进一步深化探讨了超低界面张力表面活性剂的制备以及复配。在处理油水井中,超低界面张力表面活性剂的研究和应用很较少,因此在室内研究以及现场应用方面还需积累更多的经验。目前,表面活性剂在低界面张力的研究和应用有很多。其中,应用最多的是非离子表面活性剂。然而研究低界面张力的表面活性剂应用最多的是在驱油领域,但研究应用于清洁压裂液的几乎没有。J210,是一种烷醇类表面活性剂,具有很强的降低表界面张力活性,在一系列实验中,均具有很好的性能,合成出来的产品能够满足客户需求,即将该成品溶解成0.45%的水溶液,加入万分之二的破胶剂,置于90℃水浴锅中放置4小时,让其彻底破胶,冷却后检测其表界面张力,达到表面张力小于35 mN/m,界面张力小于2 mN/m的要求;并且没有改变该产品原来的基本属性,使用过程中甚至还较改良前有很好的交联性能,悬砂性能优异,这更有利于施工。以J210表面活剂制备了HR压裂液。HR压裂液具有高效的增粘能力,溶液具有优良的抗菌稳定性,基本不受细菌的影响。在50℃、70℃、90℃及120℃时,开展了HR压裂液在恒温条件下的恒定剪切实验,结果表明该溶液的粘度可一起保持在标准要求的范围内。粘弹性结果显示实验过程粘性显然小于弹性,即HR压裂液体为弹性流体,可保证其出色的悬砂性能。悬砂性能表明低分子稠化剂压裂液的悬砂性能良好。残渣研究表明,瓜胶压裂液的残渣高达300 ppm,而HR压裂液则无残渣。损害实验表明,HR型压裂液可明显减少其他类型如水相压裂液的损害,对支撑充填层的影响也较小较小,和胍胶型压裂液滤液对比,HR压裂液滤液对岩心的损害远小于胍胶压裂液滤液。上述结果表明HR压裂液总体优于传统的胍胶压裂液的性能。因此,本论文的开展将为超低界面张力表面活性剂在油水井处理中研究及应用提供理论依据并积累经验,为日后这类表面活性剂的实际应用奠定坚实基础。
