真实面容比对酸岩反应动力学参数影响的实验研究

【摘要】:酸岩反应动力学实验研究是酸压技术的重要组成部分,其实验结果为酸压设计的优化和酸液体系的优选提供准确参数和依据,选用成都理工大学自主研发设计适用于测试高黏度酸液酸岩反应"不同黏度酸岩反应模拟实验装置"测定酸岩反应速率,在实验数据的基础上结合三维激光数字扫描数据,探讨了真实面容比对反应动力学方程的影响,分析得出面容比越大反应速率越大,真实面容比对酸岩反应动力学方程主要影响反应速度常数,真实面容比越大反应速度常数也越大,进一步为更加准确的设计和评价酸压施工效果提供了依据。
[Abstract]:The experimental study of acid rock reaction kinetics is an important part of acid compression technology. The experimental results provide accurate parameters and basis for the optimization of acid fracturing design and the optimization of acid system. The design of Chengdu University of Science and Technology is suitable for measuring the reaction rate of acid rock with high viscosity acid rock reaction "different viscosity acid rock reaction simulation experimental device". Based on the experimental data, we combine the 3D laser digital scanning data. The effect of the real face volume ratio on the reaction kinetics equation is discussed. The results show that the larger the face volume ratio is, the greater the reaction rate is, and the more the real face volume ratio is, the more the reaction rate constant is mainly affected by the real face volume ratio equation. The larger the real face volume ratio, the greater the reaction velocity constant, which provides a basis for more accurate design and evaluation of acid-compression construction effect.
