栗毛球状CaO@MgO碱催化剂的制备及其在生物柴油制备上的应用

【摘要】:采用水热法制备Mg(OH)_2载体,以乙醇-水混合溶液为溶剂、采用沉淀浸渍法制备栗毛球状CaO@MgO碱催化剂,并将其应用于甲醇和大豆油为原料的生物柴油制备体系。采用XRD,TGA,SEM,CO_2-TPD等技术对催化剂试样的微观结构进行表征,考察了反应时间、反应温度、油醇摩尔比和催化剂用量等因素对生物柴油收率的影响。表征结果显示,焙烧温度为700℃、镁钙质量比为1∶5的碱催化剂5CaO@MgO具有栗毛球状规整的形貌,催化活性更高。实验结果表明,在反应时间1 h、反应温度70℃、油醇摩尔比1∶15、催化剂用量1.5%(w)的最佳反应条件下,生物柴油的收率可达98.8%。5CaO@MgO碱催化剂具有较好的耐水性和可重复利用性。
[Abstract]:The Mg (OH) _ 2 carrier was prepared by hydrothermal method, and the spherical chestnut CaO@MgO base catalyst was prepared by precipitation impregnation method in the ethanol-water mixed solution. The catalyst was applied to the preparation of biodiesel with methanol and soybean oil as raw materials. The microstructure of the catalyst was characterized by XRD,TGA,SEM,CO_2-TPD technique. The effects of reaction time, reaction temperature, molar ratio of oil to alcohol and the amount of catalyst on the yield of biodiesel were investigated.
