基于稳态仿真的天然气管网多目标优化运行技术研究

【摘要】:随着西气东输、川气东送等工程的建设和投产,一个全国性的大型输气管网系统正在逐步形成,对管道运行调度的要求也在逐步提高。目前,国内天然气管道的运行管理大多依靠经验。虽然在大多数情况下运行方案是可行的,但也具有一定的优化空间。从节能减排和降低运行费用的角度分析,输气管道运行优化的意义重大。本文通过实例算例分析,结合仿真和优化两大模块,结合动态规划算法对天然气管道的多目标运行优化技术进行研究。通过以上所述的研究,首先建立西气东输二线的稳态仿真优化模型,将仿真模块得出的仿真工况与SPS软件的仿真工况结果进行比对验证其准确性,之后编写天然气管道多目标运行优化的软件,使其具有自定义仿真和多目标最优化方案计算(能耗最小,压缩机开机台数最少)的功能。在特定的工况下计算出西气东输二线管道多目标优化运行方案,将其与实际运行方案进行比对。文章在单目标优化的基础上更上一层楼,对多目标优化开始研究,使得天然气管道运行优化在实际生产中的应用更加有意义,更加具有代表性,也对天然气管道运行优化的研究应用方面提出更加灵活的思路。依据文章的对仿真优化算法的研究,运用编写的仿真优化软件对西气东输二线进行优化多目标优化计算,使得西气东输二线西段在输送中的能耗减少了4.43%,压缩机开机台数减少了8台,达到了节能减排的优化目的。
[Abstract]:With the construction and production of gas transmission from west to east and Sichuan gas transmission from east to east, a large national gas transmission network system is gradually formed, and the requirements for pipeline operation and dispatching are also being raised step by step. At present, domestic natural gas pipeline operation and management mostly rely on experience. Although the scheme is feasible in most cases, it also has some optimization space. From the point of view of saving energy and reducing operating cost, it is very important to optimize the operation of gas pipeline. In this paper, the multi-objective operation optimization technology of natural gas pipeline is studied by example analysis, combined with two modules of simulation and optimization, combined with dynamic programming algorithm. Through the above research, the steady state simulation optimization model of West-to-East Gas Transmission Line is established, and the simulation results obtained by the simulation module are compared with the simulation results of SPS software to verify its accuracy. After that, the software of multi-objective operation optimization of natural gas pipeline is written to make it have the functions of self-definition simulation and multi-objective optimization scheme calculation (minimum energy consumption and minimum number of compressor operating units). The multi-objective optimal operation scheme of the pipeline is calculated under the special working conditions and compared with the actual operation scheme. On the basis of single objective optimization, please climb another high building and start to study multi-objective optimization, which makes the application of natural gas pipeline operation optimization in actual production more meaningful and more representative. A more flexible way of thinking is also put forward for the research and application of natural gas pipeline operation optimization. According to the research of the simulation optimization algorithm in this paper, the simulation optimization software is used to optimize the multi-objective optimization calculation of the second line of gas transmission from west to east, which reduces the energy consumption of the second section of gas transmission from west to east by 4.43%. The compressor has reduced the number of operating units by 8 units to achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction optimization.
