地下储气库钻井工艺技术研究及应用

【摘要】:地下储气库是将天然气重新注入地下空间而形成的一种人工气田或气藏,具备战略储备、季节性调峰、应急安全供气和气量平衡四大功能,对于保障国家能源安全、发挥天然气调峰应急功能具有重要意义。随着国家经济的高速发展和对能源需求的日益增长,地下储气库将在中国的油气消费、油气安全领域发挥更加重要的作用。地下储气库需要满足50年使用要求,这对新钻注采气井的设计、施工和完井管串技术都提出了非常高的要求。目前,我国天然气储气库建设相比国外还处于起步和探索阶段,建设理念和技术还比较落后,还没有形成相关的技术标准,配套技术还不够完善。本课题立足目前国内储气库建设钻井工程中遇到的技术难点,以提高大井眼注采水平井钻井安全性、钻井效率和长寿命运行为目的,对长庆储气库地质概况、直井眼防斜打快钻进技术、斜井段轨迹控制及准确入窗技术、长水平段轨迹延伸及控制技术、低压力系数条复杂情况处理、低压力系数条复杂情况处理、钻井液配置等技术进行研究和探讨。本文做为应用研究,以长庆油田大量的水平井开发技术为基础,系统的集成大量先进的钻井工程设计理念和技术,为储气库规模开发前期研究提供了一种思路,技术上具有较强可行性。
[Abstract]:Underground gas storage is a kind of artificial gas field or gas reservoir formed by re-injecting natural gas into underground space. It has four functions: strategic reserve, seasonal peak shaving, emergency safe gas supply and gas volume balance. It is of great significance to give full play to the emergency function of natural gas peak shaving. With the rapid development of national economy and the increasing demand for energy, underground gas storage will play a more important role in the field of oil and gas consumption and oil and gas security in China. The underground gas storage needs to meet the requirements of 50 years, which puts forward very high requirements for the design, construction and completion pipe string technology of new injection and gas production wells. At present, the construction of natural gas storage in our country is still in the beginning and exploring stage compared with foreign countries, the construction idea and technology are still relatively backward, the related technical standard has not been formed, and the supporting technology is not perfect enough. Based on the technical difficulties encountered in the construction of domestic gas storage reservoir at present, in order to improve the drilling safety, drilling efficiency and long life operation of horizontal wells with large borehole injection and production, the paper gives a geological survey of Changqing gas storage. Straight-hole anti-slanting and fast drilling technology, trajectory control and accurate window entry technology for inclined section, long horizontal section trajectory extension and control technology, low pressure coefficient strip complex case processing, Drilling fluid configuration and other techniques are studied and discussed. As an applied research, based on a large number of horizontal well development techniques in Changqing Oilfield, this paper systematically integrates a large number of advanced drilling engineering design concepts and technologies, which provides a way of thinking for the early stage of gas storage development. It is technically feasible.
