气体长输管道泄漏精确定位方法研究

【摘要】:目前,管道泄漏检测技术种类繁多,其中声波泄漏检测技术因其自身优点,得到了广泛应用。然而由于气体在输送过程中处于紊流状态,且声波信号能传播至相邻管段等原因,实测声波信号中包含诸多干扰,泄漏检测系统仍存在较多漏报、误报现象。为有效提高声波泄漏检测系统的检测可靠性以及定位精确性,减少漏报、误报,针对声波信号极易受到强低频干扰影响的特点,提出了声波信号延时差分处理方法,分析了不同延时差分步长对于声波信号特征提取的影响,得到了延时差分步长的选取准则。详细推导并分析了干扰信号对互相关系数曲线峰值位置的影响,采用信号分离、匹配定位的方法,有效分离了来自站点、相邻管段的干扰信号与泄漏信号,提高了单管段泄漏定位准确性。针对多站点长距离气体输送管道,仿真产生了极易造成重复报警、误报的异常信号,分析了相邻管段之间异常信号的传播关系,提出了异常信号溯源与延迟报警相结合的多站点长距离气体输送管道泄漏定位方法。实测信号测试结果表明,基于延时差分处理的异常信号诊断、匹配定位方法有效提高了泄漏诊断的可靠性及定位精确性,结合异常信号溯源及延迟报警方法,减少了长距离气体输送管道泄漏监测系统漏报、误报的发生。
[Abstract]:At present, there are many kinds of pipeline leak detection technology, among which acoustic leak detection technology has been widely used because of its own advantages. However, because the gas is in turbulent state in the process of transportation, and the acoustic signal can propagate to the adjacent pipe section and so on, there are many disturbances in the measured acoustic wave signal, and there are still many false positives and false positives in the leak detection system. In order to improve the detection reliability and positioning accuracy of acoustic leakage detection system effectively, and to reduce the false alarm and false alarm, a delay differential processing method for acoustic wave signal is put forward in view of the characteristic that acoustic signal is easily affected by strong low frequency interference. The influence of different delay differential step size on the feature extraction of acoustic signal is analyzed, and the criterion of selecting delay differential step size is obtained. The influence of interference signal on the peak position of correlation curve is deduced and analyzed in detail. The method of signal separation and matching location is used to effectively separate the interference signal from adjacent pipe segment and the leakage signal. The accuracy of single tube leakage location is improved. In view of the long distance gas transmission pipeline at many stations, the abnormal signal which is easy to cause repeated alarm and false alarm is generated by simulation, and the propagation relationship of abnormal signal between adjacent pipe segments is analyzed. A multi-station long distance gas pipeline leakage location method combined with abnormal signal tracing and delay alarm is proposed. The test results of the measured signals show that the matching localization method can effectively improve the reliability and accuracy of the leak diagnosis based on delay differential processing, combined with the abnormal signal tracing and delay warning method. The leakage monitoring system of long distance gas pipeline is reduced.
