低浓度低伤害高温压裂液体系在吉林油田的研究与应用

【摘要】:压裂液是难动用储量压裂技术的重要内容和关键环节之一。压裂液及其性能是影响压裂成败和施工成本的诸多因素中最重要的因素。压裂液类型及其性能对是否形成一条足够尺寸的、有足够导流能力的裂缝和减少对储层的伤害、最大程度改善增产效果是密切相关的。难动用储量的压裂液技术是压裂液分子理论、压裂液添加剂与配方体系和压裂液工程应用技术的组合技术。由于常规植物胶和高分子聚合物系列压裂液存在水不溶物、残渣含量高,对低渗透油田储层伤害严重等缺陷,不能满足油气田开发的需要。植物胍胶经过羟丙基化后能大幅度降低水不溶物和在一定程度上提高耐温性能,但破胶液的残渣含量较高,特别是100℃以上高温油气井,为了保证压裂液的耐温耐剪切性能,不得不提高稠化剂的浓度,进而增加了破胶液的残渣含量,对油气层的伤害不容忽视。本项目结合吉林油田多年的压裂技术和经验,通过大量室内试验与现场实验的摸索,形成了一套以降低压裂液对储层的伤害,提高压裂的适应性和有效性为目的的低浓度低伤害高温压裂液体系,该体系既保证了压裂液的粘弹性又大幅度降低了稠化剂使用浓度和压裂液破胶液残渣对储层岩石的伤害,在吉林油田得到了广泛应用,取得了很好的经济效益。
[Abstract]:Fracturing fluid is one of the important contents and key links of hard-to-use reserves fracturing technology. Fracturing fluid and its performance are the most important factors affecting the success or failure of fracturing and operation cost. The type of fracturing fluid and its properties are closely related to the formation of a fracture with enough size and enough conductivity to reduce the damage to the reservoir and to improve the effect of increasing production to the greatest extent. The fracturing fluid technology with hard to produce reserves is a combination technology of fracturing fluid molecular theory, fracturing fluid additive and formula system and fracturing fluid engineering application technology. Because the conventional fracturing fluid of plant gum and polymer series has some defects such as water insoluble substance, high residue content, serious damage to reservoir in low permeability oil field, etc., it can not meet the needs of oil and gas field development. After hydroxypropylation, guanidine gum can greatly reduce the water insoluble matter and improve the temperature resistance to a certain extent, but the residue content of the gel breaking fluid is high, especially in the high temperature oil and gas wells above 100 鈩,
