隔水管表面缺陷ACFM快速检测系统开发
[Abstract]:In this paper, combined with the "12th Five-Year Plan" national science and technology major project, "Marine deepwater oil and gas field development engineering technology" sub-project "Deep water drilling riser operation management and safety evaluation technology research", Aiming at the lack of adaptability and low efficiency of conventional single probe and array probe for detecting surface defect of riser, the research on AC electromagnetic field detection technology of surface defect of riser is carried out. The finite element model of AC electromagnetic field detection for surface defect of riser is established. The influence area of exciting probe and detection probe is analyzed, and the chain probe is optimized to set up a rapid detection system for surface defect of riser, and to detect and identify the surface defect of riser. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the numerical model and simulation analysis of AC electromagnetic field detection for surface defects of risers are established by using ANSYS to establish a numerical model of AC electromagnetic field detection for surface defects of risers. The current density and flux density on the surface of riser are extracted, and the law of electromagnetic field distortion on the surface of riser is analyzed. The experimental results show that the numerical model is correct. The characteristic signal distribution law is reasonable. (2) the design of ACFM probe for the surface defect of chained riser is based on the structural characteristics of the riser. In order to improve the efficiency and adaptability of the detection, a new type of ACFM probe for detecting the surface defect of the chained riser is proposed. Using the method of numerical analysis and experimental study, the key parameters of the chain probe, such as the influence area of the exciting probe and the range of pickup of the probe, are quantitatively analyzed, and the parameters of the excitation probe and the arrangement of the sensor are calculated. Design and manufacture of chain probe. (3) the development of rapid detection system for surface defects of riser and the optimization of experimental design software and hardware module of rapid detection system for surface crack defects of riser. The ACFM rapid detection system for surface crack defects of riser was built with chain probe, and the plate and riser specimens with artificial defects were tested experimentally. The results show that the developed system can detect defects and locate them quickly, and the chain array probe can meet the needs of rapid detection of surface defects of risers with different diameters.
