胜利石油磺酸盐结构表征及其在热采中的应用研究

【摘要】:本文利用容量分析法、层析柱法分别测定了四种胜利石油磺酸盐的含量及组分含量,用电位滴定法测定其平均当量,用1HNMR法对石油磺酸盐的活性成分进行表征,通过对油水界面张力的测定,考察了四种石油磺酸盐的界面活性。研究结果表明,石油磺酸盐SAS-4活性成分的含量比其他三种石油磺酸盐都高且有更多短的烷基侧链;相同浓度下,石油磺酸盐SAS-4降低界面张力的能力及乳化性能都优于其他三种石油磺酸盐,但仍达不到现场应用要求。选择石油磺酸盐SAS-4与NaBO_2按1:5的比例复配,复配体系界面张力低于10-2 mPa.s且乳化性能明显得到改善,优选出0.1%石油磺酸盐SAS-4和0.5%NaBO_2构成驱油剂体系。物理模拟实验表明,随温度的升高,采收率增加。当注入大段塞石油磺酸盐体系时,不同注入时机的最终采收率基本相同,但驱油速度不同;而当石油磺酸盐体系段塞较小时,先注石油磺酸盐体系再转注蒸汽会有更高的原油采收率。研究结果可为胜利油田表面活性剂辅助热采提高稠油油藏采收率提供指导。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the content of four kinds of Shengli petroleum sulfonate and the content of the components were determined by the method of capacity analysis and column chromatography. The average equivalent of the four kinds of petroleum sulfonate was determined by potentiometric titration. The active component of the petroleum sulfonate was characterized by means of the 1HNMR method, and the oil-water interfacial tension was determined by using the method of 1HNMR. The interfacial activity of the four petroleum sulfonates was investigated. The results show that the content of the oil sulfonate SAS-4 active component is higher than that of the other three petroleum sulfonates and has more short alkyl side chains; at the same concentration, the capability and the emulsifying property of the petroleum sulfonate SAS-4 to reduce the interfacial tension force are superior to the other three petroleum sulfonates, but still can't meet the field application requirements. The combination of petroleum sulfonate SAS-4 and NaBO _ 2 in the ratio of 1: 5, the interfacial tension of the compound system is lower than 10-2 mPa.s and the emulsifying performance is obviously improved, and 0.1% of the petroleum sulfonate SAS-4 and 0.5% NaBO _ 2 are preferably used to form the oil-displacing agent system. The physical simulation experiment shows that the recovery ratio increases with the increase of the temperature. When the large section of the petroleum sulfonate system is injected, the final recovery ratio of the different injection timing is basically the same, but the oil displacement speed is different; and when the petroleum sulfonate system section plug is small, the oil recovery ratio of the petroleum sulfonate system is firstly injected, and the recovery ratio of the crude oil is higher. The results of the study can provide guidance for improving the recovery factor of the heavy oil reservoir by the auxiliary thermal recovery of the surface active agent in Shengli Oilfield.
