有机硅酸盐缓蚀剂的合成及性能评价

【摘要】:酸化是油气开采中必不可少的增产措施,为了防止酸液对金属设备及管线的腐蚀,常在酸液中加入一定量的缓蚀剂。以乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、聚丙烯酰胺为原料合成了一种酸化用硅酸盐缓蚀剂,讨论了pH、单体配比、单体浓度、聚合物温度、聚合时间对缓蚀效果的影响,得到最佳反应条件:pH=13~14、m(乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷)∶m(丙烯酰胺)=1∶2、单体质量分数为10%、聚合温度为55℃、聚合时间为2 h。红外表征结果证明,合成产物为目标产物有机硅酸盐缓蚀剂。性能测试表明,在温度为60℃、缓蚀剂用量为1%(质量分数)时,硅酸盐缓蚀剂的缓蚀效率为96.41%。当其与双子咪唑啉季铵化物按质量比1∶1复配时,缓蚀率为99.39%。并通过扫描电镜对碳钢片在腐蚀实验前后的表面状态做了分析。
[Abstract]:Acidification is an essential measure to increase production in oil and gas exploitation. In order to prevent the corrosion of acid to metal equipment and pipeline, a certain amount of corrosion inhibitor is often added to the acid solution. A silicate inhibitor for acidizing was synthesized from vinyl triethoxysilane and polyacrylamide. The effects of pH, monomer ratio, monomer concentration, polymer temperature and polymerization time on the corrosion inhibition were discussed. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows: pH=13~14,m (vinyl triethoxysilane): m (acrylamide) = 1? 2, monomer mass fraction 10%, polymerization temperature 55 鈩,
