川西气田开采后期困难井单点增压工艺研究

【摘要】:川西气田中浅层气藏已建产能区块进入了气藏开发中后期,川西致密气藏大多数气井进入低压生产阶段,采输困难。目前对这些低压气井已实施高低压分输和整体增压集输模式,但在目前集中增压模式还存在以下问题:(1)集中增压不能100%覆盖所有低压气井,无法波及的边远井仍受管网压力影响严重;(2)已经增压的老区,机组达到最低吸气压力,井口废弃压力为0.5MPa,具有进一步降低的潜力,而目前集中增压机组无法满足。国内外针对解决低压气井采输困难问题,提出了三种解决方案,在对川西气田开生产形势和气井生产特点分析的基础上,提出适应于川西气田外输困难井的增压模式——单点增压模式。应用节点系统分析增压开采后增产潜能及增产潜能影响因素,对比单点增压增压开采和自然开采两种情况下废弃压力的降低值及采收率的提高程度,深化对撬装单点增压潜力认识。通过选井原则,筛选出在目前集输模式下需开展单点增压方案的低压井,通过对压缩机工艺参数敏感性分析及单点增压气井生产数据统计,确定试验井区压缩机组工况参数;通过压缩机组配套设备研究,及单点增压先导试验,优选出适合川西工况条件的燃气驱动螺杆压缩机。通过对先导试验及推广试验共20井组95口气井现场试验,分析试验井增压前后生产运行情况,深化认识了单点增压技术特点,在试验效果评价基础上,从井站类型、气井产水、储层特性及井间干扰四方面分析影响增压效果原因,进一步完善单点增压选井原则和注意事项并提出意见和建议,完善单点增压开采特点,为其它低压气田开采提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:The middle and shallow gas reservoirs in West Sichuan gas field have entered into the middle and late stages of gas reservoir development, and most of the gas wells in the tight gas reservoirs in western Sichuan have entered the low pressure production stage, so it is difficult to produce and transport. At present, these low-pressure gas wells have been implemented high-pressure and low-pressure distribution and integrated pressurization gathering mode, but in the current centralized pressurization mode there are still the following problems: (1) centralized pressurization can not cover all low-pressure gas wells by 100%. Remote wells that cannot be swept are still seriously affected by pipe network pressure; (2) in the old area which has been pressurized, the unit reaches the minimum suction pressure, and the abandoned pressure at the wellhead is 0.5 MPA, which has the potential of further reducing, but the centralized turbocharging unit can not be satisfied at present. In order to solve the problem of difficult production and transportation in low pressure gas wells, three solutions are put forward at home and abroad. Based on the analysis of production situation and gas well production characteristics in western Sichuan gas field, A new supercharging mode, single point pressurization mode, is put forward, which is suitable for the difficult wells in West Sichuan gas field. The node system is applied to analyze the potential of increasing production and the influencing factors of the potential of increasing production after supercharging mining, and the reduction of waste pressure and the increase of recovery are compared between single-point pressurized mining and natural mining. Deepen understanding of the potentiality of pry-mount single-point pressurization. Through the principle of well selection, the low-pressure wells which need to develop a single-point pressurization scheme under the current gathering and transportation mode are selected. The gas-driven screw compressor suitable for the working conditions of West Sichuan is optimized through the research on the equipment of compressor unit and the pilot test of single-point pressurization. Through on-the-spot test of 95 wells in 20 well groups in pilot test and popularization test, the production performance of test wells before and after pressurization is analyzed, and the technical characteristics of single point pressurization are deeply understood. On the basis of the evaluation of test effect, the type of well station and the production of water in gas well are analyzed. The reservoir characteristics and inter-well interference are analyzed in order to improve the principle and points for attention of single-point booster well selection, to perfect the characteristics of single-point pressurization production, and to provide reference for other low-pressure gas fields.
