水平井泡沫排液采气井筒流型实验研究

【摘要】:针对水平井泡沫排液采气各井段泡沫流型认识不清,泡排工艺优化困难的问题,以表面活性剂、水和空气为实验介质,开展了水平井泡沫流型实验研究,根据泡沫的生成情况及气体/泡沫的界面特征划分了流型,绘制了泡沫流型图,对比了表面活性剂加入前后流型图的变化,分析了角度、两相流流型对起泡的影响,提出了优化建议。结果表明:水平段±5°以内气液分层明显,起泡困难;垂直、倾斜段气流速小于0.35 m/s时出现塞状流,含气率低,搅动弱,起泡困难,是低压低产水平井泡排效果不佳的主要原因;有利于起泡的条件为管斜角≥25°、气流速≥0.35 m/s、流型呈现段塞流;建议采用悬挂式毛细管加注新工艺,注剂点位于管斜角25°处,解决泡排剂加注不到位的问题,并实现水平井全生命周期的排液。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of unclear understanding of foam flow pattern and difficult optimization of foam drainage process in every well section of horizontal well foam drainage, an experimental study on foam flow pattern of horizontal well was carried out with surfactant, water and air as experimental medium. According to the formation of foam and the interface characteristics of gas / foam, the flow pattern is divided, the flow pattern diagram is drawn, the change of flow pattern before and after adding surfactant is compared, the influence of two-phase flow pattern on foaming is analyzed, and the influence of two-phase flow pattern on foaming is analyzed. The optimization suggestions are put forward. The results show that the gas-liquid stratification is obvious within the level of 卤5 掳, and the foaming is difficult. When the velocity of gas in the inclined section is less than 0.35 m / s, the slug flow appears, the gas content is low, the stirring is weak and the bubble is difficult, which is the main reason for the poor efflux effect of low pressure and low production horizontal well.
