基于BIM的石化设备离线维修研究与应用
[Abstract]:On-line maintenance is a widely used equipment maintenance strategy in petrochemical industry. However, safety accidents occur frequently during on-line maintenance due to the interaction of many factors, such as unsafe state of equipment, complicated working environment and human error. The exploration of new equipment maintenance strategies to avoid or reduce maintenance safety accidents has become a key problem to be solved urgently in petrochemical industry equipment maintenance management. In this paper, the problems existing in the maintenance and management of the existing petrochemical equipment are analyzed, and the offline maintenance mode of the petrochemical equipment is put forward based on the safety advantage of off-line operation combined with the characteristics of the petrochemical equipment maintenance. And its implementation conditions and implementation process are introduced. Then, the information requirement of off-line maintenance is analyzed, and the off-line maintenance support system of petrochemical equipment based on BIM is designed and developed. The visualization, information management, positioning and other functional modules are analyzed in detail. Finally, taking the maintenance of the oil loading unit of Ningxia Petrochemical Company as an example, the paper verifies the effect of off-line maintenance of petrochemical equipment based on BIM proposed in this paper. The research shows that the off-line maintenance of petrochemical equipment based on BIM can reduce the risk of maintenance and improve the efficiency of maintenance. Under the controllable working environment, the safety of equipment maintenance can be improved by minimizing the number of high-risk operations on the spot, reducing the congestion of field personnel and reducing the time when maintenance personnel are exposed to danger. Through the application of system visualization, information management, positioning and other functional modules, it can promote the identification of maintenance requirements, promote the maintenance personnel to quickly locate and fully understand the maintenance objects, and improve the efficiency of maintenance operations.
