多级孔ZSM-5分子筛的制备及其在炼油领域中的应用

【摘要】:多级孔ZSM-5分子筛结合了微孔分子筛可调变的酸性、良好的水热稳定性以及介孔材料优异的传质扩散性能,在催化领域有着广阔的应用前景.我们综述了近年来多级孔ZSM-5分子筛的研究进展,重点概述了多级孔ZSM-5分子筛的不同制备方法,包括后处理法、硬模板法和软模板法等,同时介绍了多级孔ZSM-5分子筛在炼油领域的应用研究,并在上述基础上对多级孔ZSM-5分子筛的研究趋势进行了展望.
[Abstract]:Multi-porous ZSM-5 molecular sieves combine the adjustable acidity of microporous molecular sieves, good hydrothermal stability and excellent mass transfer and diffusion properties of mesoporous materials, which have broad application prospects in the field of catalysis. In this paper, the research progress of multiporous ZSM-5 molecular sieves in recent years is reviewed, and the different preparation methods of multiporous ZSM-5 molecular sieves, including post-treatment method, hard template method and soft template method, are emphatically summarized. At the same time, the application and research of multi-stage pore ZSM-5 molecular sieve in oil refining field are introduced, and the research trend of multi-stage pore ZSM-5 molecular sieve is prospected on the basis of above mentioned.
