J16区块窜聚井选择性调堵技术实验研究

【摘要】:本文结合J16区块油藏地质条件及开发条件,研究了聚合物的窜流机理及其影响因素,并在充分利用地下大量残留聚合物的基础上,应用油田处理污水常用的净水剂净化污水的原理,即阳离子絮凝剂与聚合物可以发生絮凝反应原理,对新型阳离子调堵剂的种类、用量、注入方式、段塞尺寸等进行了研究及优选。静态实验结果表明:当聚合物浓度分别为100、500、1000、1500mg/L时,调堵剂1、2、4的最佳理想浓度为0.1%、0.3%、0.5%和1%;聚合物浓度不超过1500mg/L时,所选用的7种阳离子调堵剂中,调堵剂1、2、4的聚沉效果较好。动态实验结果表明:阳离子调堵剂1、2、4均能在人造岩心中与聚合物发生反应,起到延迟初始见聚时机、降低聚合物峰值浓度、降低聚合物峰值出现时机以及提高初始注聚压力的作用;且对于相同的堵剂,注入浓度和注入量越大,注入压差就越大,初始见聚时机就越延后,峰值浓度也越低;但由于聚合物量是一定的,因此当注入的浓度和注入量增大到一定程度后,峰值浓度降低幅度则变小;在岩芯封堵效果实验中,其封堵率大于96.6%,说明该调堵体系在岩芯中具有较好的耐冲刷性能,建议调堵剂的注入浓度高于0.6%,注入段塞高于0.5PV。
[Abstract]:Based on the reservoir geological conditions and development conditions in block J16, the mechanism of polymer channeling and its influencing factors are studied in this paper, and on the basis of making full use of a large number of residual polymers in the underground, The principle of purifying wastewater by water purification agent commonly used in oilfield treatment is applied, that is, the principle of flocculating reaction between cationic flocculant and polymer, the type, dosage and injection mode of new cationic plugging agent, The size of slug is studied and optimized. The results of static experiment showed that when the concentration of polymer was 100,500,1000,1500 mg / L respectively, the optimum concentration of plugging agent 1,2,4 was 0.1%, 0.3%, 0.5% and 1% respectively, and the optimal concentration was 0.1%, 0.3%, 0.5% and 1%, respectively. When the concentration of polymer is less than 1500mg/L, the concentration of 1, 2 and 4 Cationic plugging agents is better than that of Cationic plugging agent. The results of dynamic experiments show that Cationic plugging agent 1,2,4 can react with polymer in artificial core, delay the initial polymerization time, and reduce the peak concentration of polymer, and the experimental results show that Cationic plugging agent 1, 2, 4 can react with polymer in artificial core. The effect of decreasing the peak time of polymer and increasing the initial pressure of polymer injection; For the same plugging agent, the higher the injection concentration and the amount of injection, the greater the injection pressure difference, the longer the initial polymerization time is, and the lower the peak concentration is. However, because the amount of polymer is certain, when the concentration and amount of injection increase to a certain extent, the decrease of peak concentration becomes smaller. In the experiment of core plugging effect, the plugging efficiency is more than 96.6%, which indicates that the plugging system has better anti-scour performance in the core. It is suggested that the injection concentration of plugging agent is higher than 0.6% and the injection slug is higher than 0.5PV.
