原油减压深拔技术应用研究

【摘要】:近年来,原油资源日益紧缺,国内炼油企业处理的重质原油比例逐渐增加,而重质原油与轻质原油最明显的区别就是含有较少的直馏轻质馏分和较多的渣油量。如何采用新技术来提高拔出率,取得较多的直馏馏分油和较好的经济效益,已成为国内外关注的焦点。中石化武汉分公司现有的生产装置存在焦化装置加工能力不足、催化裂化装置能力过剩的问题,所以急需通过提高常减压蒸馏装置的拔出率、降低渣油收率来解决这一问题。本文将减压深拔技术应用于武汉石化2#原油常减压蒸馏装置中,希望达到"原油的拔出深度提高到560℃以上、减压渣油的收率至少下降2.4%"这一目标。研究工作首先运用Aspen Plus软件对装置进行流程模拟,利用模拟结果对生产过程中的重要参数进行合理分析和改进。其次对减压深拔技术在2#原油常减压装置中的应用进行研究,对比分析实施减压深拔技术前后装置物料、能耗、产品质量等方面的影响,同时对装置进行效益分析,并分析装置存在的问题。研究结果如下:1.建立了武汉石化2#原油常减压装置三塔流程模拟模型,对三塔流程进行了验证,结果表明所建立的模型与实际工况基本一致。2.在采取减压深拔工艺条件下,装置处理能力能够达到615t/h;深拔前后对比分析,轻收基本持平,蜡油收率提高了 2.38%,渣油收率下降了 2.45%,总拔提高了 2.44%,装置总能耗增加了 0.209 KgEo/t,达到预期目标;并且深拔期间产品质量控制指标与常规操作期间质量控制指标完全相同,标定期间所有质量控制指标均合格。
