Y油田油套环空腐蚀环境分析与环空保护液优化

【摘要】：在大量室内实验分析的基础上,进行了腐蚀环境分析,找出了评价环空保护液腐蚀性浸泡实验的温度为100℃。同时开展了在用环空保护液理化性能测试和腐蚀性能测试,根据实验结果对在用环空保护液进行了优化,优选出了合理的杀菌剂和缓蚀剂。该研究成果不仅为Y油田的油套防腐设计提供了依据,还为其他油田油套环空腐蚀环境分析和环空保护液优化提供了一套方法。
