盐穴地下储气库排卤管柱盐结晶影响因素实验研究

【摘要】:在盐穴地下储气库注采井注气排卤阶段,常因排卤管柱内部饱和卤水析出晶体而导致排卤管内壁结晶、排卤流量减小、注气排卤时间及成本增加,严重时甚至还可能导致排卤管柱被盐结晶堵死,无法继续注采作业。为此,通过分析研究卤水盐结晶成因,发现过饱和度、温度、卤水流速及排卤管内壁表面粗糙度是影响排卤管柱内卤水盐结晶的主要因素,据此设计了相应的实验。研究结果表明:①卤水盐结晶受温度影响,卤水在排卤管中低速流动且温度降低1℃时,管内壁即会结晶;②排卤流量越小,流体剪切力越小,生成的盐结晶结构不易被破坏,结晶现象越明显;③相同条件下,排卤管内壁表面越光滑,新生成的晶核不易附着、生长,排卤管内壁生成的盐结晶量越少。结论认为:盐穴地下储气库注气排卤过程中,采用高温淡水低流量反冲洗、升高注气温度以及排卤管内壁加涂油漆等措施,均有助于预防和解决因盐结晶而带来的堵管问题。
[Abstract]:In the stage of gas injection and dehalogenation in underground gas storage wells in salt hole, the crystallization of the inner wall of the pipe is often caused by the crystallization of saturated brine in the inner part of the pipe string, the discharge rate of brine decreases, and the time and cost of gas injection and removal of halogen are increased. In serious cases, it may even lead to halogen discharge pipe string blocked by salt crystallization and unable to continue injection-production operation. It is found that supersaturation, temperature, velocity of brine and surface roughness of the inner wall of the discharge pipe are the main factors affecting the crystallization of brine salt in the column of the discharge pipe, and the corresponding experiments are designed on the basis of the analysis and study of the origin of the crystallization of the brine salt.
