油井水泥无氯促凝早强剂的研制与现场试验

【摘要】:传统的复合早强剂中通常含氯盐,不适用于AMPS类水泥浆体系,且水泥石高温下长期强度会出现衰退现象,同时对套管有腐蚀作用。针对这些问题,研发出一种复配的无氯促凝早强剂,以硫酸钠、铝酸钠、甲酸钙和氧化钙,按照质量比1∶1∶1∶1均匀混合而成。实验结果表明:该早强剂适用于PVA类和AMPS类水泥浆体系;可使油井水泥在30℃低温下,8 h强度达3.5 MPa,稠化时间缩短至80 min以内,初凝时间缩短至90 min以内,初终凝过渡时间缩短至10 min以内,有利于油气井的防窜。该早强剂在大港油田板37-15井?139.7 mm生产套管固井中得到成功应用,固井质量优质率达81.2%,合格率达93.5%。
