经济型陶粒支撑剂制备及性能研究

【摘要】:根据国内外未来几年支撑剂发展的前景可知,研制一种既能克服石英砂支撑剂的缺点又适用于低闭合压力油气井的陶粒支撑剂将是一个新的发展方向。我们首次提出并以二级乙等铝矾土和膨润土为原料制备了这种新型经济型陶粒支撑剂,借助XRD、SEM等分析手段,研究了烧结温度、锰粉添加剂、白云石添加剂、复合添加剂对支撑剂物相、显微结构及物理性能的影响,并研究了其烧结反应机理。研究结果表明:(1)烧结温度对支撑剂性能影响较大,经济型陶粒支撑剂的主晶相为石英和莫来石,其形成温度为1480~1510℃,此时结构致密,性能良好;(2)按照单因素分析法,研究锰粉添加量对支撑剂性能的影响。在固定烧结温度1480℃下保温2h烧结,锰粉添加量为4wt%为宜,此时棒状莫来石形成相互交错的空间网络结构,颗粒状石英穿插于其中的空隙中;同时,锰离子与莫来石形成固溶体,促进了烧结致密化,物理性能优良;(3)以烧结温度实验为基础,在固定烧结温度下研究白云石添加量对支撑性能的影响。在固定烧结温度1480℃下,白云石添加量以3wt%为宜。此时添加剂中的CaO和MgO在反应过程中形成化合物和液相,将气孔排除,促进烧结,支撑剂结构致密,;(4)添加复合添加剂(4wt%锰粉和3wt%白云石),在1380~1420℃范围内可制得符合工业标准的支撑剂,满足经济型陶粒支撑剂的要求。
[Abstract]:According to the prospect of propensant development at home and abroad in the next few years, it is a new development direction to develop a ceramsite propensant which can not only overcome the shortcomings of quartz sand propelling agent, but also be suitable for low closed pressure oil and gas wells. This new type of economical ceramsite propensant was prepared by using grade B bauxite and bentonite as raw materials for the first time. The sintering temperature, manganese powder additive and dolomite additive were studied by means of XRD,SEM and other analytical methods. The effect of compound additive on the phase, microstructure and physical properties of propelling agent was studied, and the sintering reaction mechanism was studied. The results show that: (1) the sintering temperature has a great influence on the properties of proponents. The main crystal phases of economical ceramsite proponents are quartz and mullite, and their formation temperature is 1480 鈮,
