环保型钻井用高效润滑剂NH-HPL的制备与性能评价

【摘要】:针对目前钻井液常用植物油润滑剂润滑持效性差以及抗温性能差的问题,以油酸和聚醚胺为原料,经酰胺化反应,制得钻井液润滑剂NH-HPL。性能评价结果表明:在常温下,5%膨润土浆中加入1%NH-HPL,润滑系数可降低92.2%,抗温达160℃,荧光级别为1级,EC_(50)值为9.57×10~4mg/L,没有生物毒性,对钻井液流变性和滤失性无明显影响。
