杏六区薄差层动用界限及合理注采方式研究

【摘要】:在我国当前现有的油气总储量中,在物性很差的薄差储层中储存着很大一部分油气,自然产能十分低下。除了油层本身有较低的自然渗透率和物性差,在油田开采的后期,由于地层压力的较大幅度下降导致地层产生了不可逆塑性形变,油层的渗透率也随之降低;而且这些油层本身具有较小的有效厚度,各项物性的非均质性特别严重,平面分布又不连续,这就为有效的开发利用薄差储层增添了难度。本文以大庆油田杏六区为对象,通过室内实验,研究影响薄差储层动用效果因素,并确定杏六区薄差层合理注采方式。本文基于前人的研究基础,进行了大量的文献调研,对表外岩样进行常规物性测试并利用稳定法进行启动压力测试;通过人造浇铸岩心对杏六区进行渗透率级差筛选,找出低渗透层动用临界值,并利用可视化岩心微观驱替实验,研究薄差层剩余油分布对动用效果影响;通过人造浇铸岩心模拟研究薄差层间和层内非均质性对薄差层采收效果的影响,其中包括不连续泥质薄夹层的分布模型和砂体叠置及相变模型的研究,找出在不同注采方式下影响薄差层水驱采收效果影响因素,得出薄差储层水驱规律,为薄差储层的有效开发提供一定的理论依据。
[Abstract]:In the current total oil and gas reserves in China, a large part of oil and gas is stored in thin and poor reservoirs with poor physical properties, and the natural productivity is very low. In addition to the low natural permeability and poor physical properties of the reservoir itself, in the later stage of oil field production, due to the large decrease of formation pressure, the formation produces irreversible plastic deformation, and the permeability of the reservoir also decreases. Moreover, these reservoirs themselves have small effective thickness, the heterogeneity of various physical properties is particularly serious, and the plane distribution is not continuous, which adds difficulty to the effective development and utilization of thin and poor reservoirs. In this paper, taking Xing6 area of Daqing Oilfield as the object, through laboratory experiments, the factors affecting the production effect of thin difference reservoir are studied, and the reasonable injection and production mode of thin difference layer in Xing6 area is determined. In this paper, based on the previous research basis, a large number of literature research has been carried out, the conventional physical properties of off-surface rock samples have been tested and the start-up pressure test has been carried out by using the stability method. Through the screening of permeability grade difference of Xingliu district by artificial casting core, the critical value of low permeability layer is found out, and the influence of residual oil distribution in thin difference layer on the production effect is studied by using visual core microdisplacement experiment. The effect of heterogeneity between and within thin layers on the recovery effect of thin difference layers is studied by artificial casting core simulation, including the distribution model of discontinuity muddy thin interlayer and the superposition and phase transformation model of sand body. The influencing factors of water drive recovery effect in thin difference layer under different injection and production modes are found out, and the water drive law of thin difference reservoir is obtained, which provides a certain theoretical basis for the effective development of thin difference reservoir.
