保温保压取心技术研究

【摘要】:保温保压取心技术是能使取出的岩心始终保持在地层原始压力和温度状态的取心技术,岩心始终保持原始的温度压力状态,岩石的物理性质不会应压力释放而发生破坏、岩心中的流体也不会因为温度和压力的变化发生挥发及流失,对于正确认识地质情况和进行残余油储量计算,合理地制定开发调整井方案,提高采收率有重要意义。该技术是可燃冰勘探开发的关键技术之一,在提升可燃冰的样品获得率方面具有重要作用,该技术的成功研制对推动我国的可燃冰开发具有重要而深远的意义。本文主要对该项技术的保温技术、保压技术、数据处理技术、岩心处理技术等方面进行了系统研究,提出了组合式隔热概念,研发出了可切割复合真空隔热保温内筒,采用内筒独立密封方式和随钻测量系统,实现了取心工具的高可靠性、高安全性、易操作性。研究设计的样机在常规实验井中取得保压成功率93%、保温率80%、温度变化率2~2.5℃/h的良好效果,该技术的成功研制常规油气田储量计算、具有重要作用,对页岩气、可燃冰等费常规能源开发业具有重要的经济意义和战略意义。
[Abstract]:Heat preservation and pressure holding coring technology is a coring technology which can keep the removed core in the original pressure and temperature state of the formation all the time, and the core always maintains the original temperature and pressure state, and the physical properties of the rock will not be destroyed by pressure release. The fluid in the core will not volatilize and lose because of the change of temperature and pressure, which is of great significance for the correct understanding of geological conditions and the calculation of residual oil reserves, the reasonable formulation of development adjustment well scheme and the improvement of oil recovery. This technology is one of the key technologies in flammable ice exploration and development, and plays an important role in improving the sample acquisition rate of combustible ice. The successful development of this technology is of great and far-reaching significance to promote the development of combustible ice in China. In this paper, the heat preservation technology, pressure holding technology, data processing technology and core processing technology of this technology are systematically studied, the concept of combined heat insulation is put forward, and the cut composite vacuum heat insulation inner cylinder is developed. The independent sealing mode of the inner cylinder and the measuring system while drilling are adopted to realize the high reliability, high safety and easy operation of the coring tool.
