新型电絮凝装置净化含油污水的试验研究

【摘要】:针对油田乳化液的水质特性,用电絮凝方法对配制的含油污水进行动态试验研究。基于自主设计的新型电絮凝装置,首先开展了电流密度和处理流量对新型电絮凝装置处理性能的影响试验,发现随着电流密度的增大和处理流量的减小,除油率和除浊率升高。其次,在新型电絮凝装置中增加了斜管装置,发现除油率提高了2%~3%。最后,分析了耗铝量和耗电量,发现电流密度为95.24 A/m2,处理流量为20 L/h时,装置处理效果最佳。
[Abstract]:According to the water quality characteristics of oil field emulsion, the dynamic test of oily sewage prepared by electric flocculation method was carried out. Based on the new type of electric flocculation device designed by ourselves, the effects of current density and treatment flow rate on the treatment performance of the new electric flocculation device were carried out.
