热德拜油田侧钻水平井挖潜技术研究及应用

【摘要】:侧钻水平井技术作为一种利用油田报废井,大幅度提高油气采收率,降低油气开采综合成本,提高储量动用程度,挖潜增产的一项重要技术手段,在延长油气井使用寿命、降低生产成本、改善井网、提高老油区开发效果等方面发挥了重要作用,目前在国内外油田后期开发过程中越来越受到重视。热德拜油田经过三十多年的开发,油田生产面临高含水(平均66%)、单井产量低(平均6t)的严峻形势,因此在热德拜油田引进和推广侧钻水平井技术,利用侧钻水平井抑制含水、降低生产压差、提高油井产能等优势,充分挖掘关停井、套损井、低产井、高含水井潜力,提高老井的利用率、储量动用程度和采油速度,改善油田开发效果。本文在通过对热德拜油田的油藏的地质特征、各层注采动态及生产现状分析研究后,落实油田的主力产油层,结合油田各层开发动态分析以及各层剩余可采油情况,筛选出油田侧钻挖潜目标层位,进行剩余油分析,从而选出侧钻目标井,针对目标井的具体情况,设计A、B靶点海拔深度及水平段长度;通过对侧钻井的实施表明侧钻水平井技术对提高热德拜生产能力、降低老油田开发成本具有现实意义,该技术可成为最有效的增产措施之一,进一步在MMG的其他油田中进行推广。
[Abstract]:Sidetracking horizontal well technology, as an important technical means to greatly improve oil and gas recovery, reduce the comprehensive cost of oil and gas production, improve the degree of reserve production and increase production by tapping potential, is used to prolong the service life of oil and gas wells. Reducing production cost, improving well pattern and improving the development effect of old oil area have played an important role, and more attention has been paid to it in the later development process of oil fields at home and abroad. After more than 30 years of development, the oil field production is facing the severe situation of high water cut (average 66%) and low single well production (average 6 t). Therefore, the sidetracking horizontal well technology is introduced and popularized in Gedeba Oilfield. Taking advantage of sidetracking horizontal wells to restrain water cut, reduce production pressure difference, improve oil well productivity, fully tap the potential of closed wells, casing damaged wells, low production wells, high water cut wells, improve the utilization rate of old wells, reserve production degree and production speed, Improve the effect of oil field development. After analyzing and studying the geological characteristics, injection-production performance and production status of the reservoir in Gedeba Oilfield, this paper implements the main production layer of the oil field, combined with the analysis of the development performance of each layer of the oil field and the remaining recoverable situation of each layer. The target horizon of sidetracking is screened out, and the remaining oil is analyzed, so as to select the sidetracking target well. According to the specific situation of the target well, the altitude depth and horizontal section length of A, B target are designed. The implementation of contralateral drilling shows that sidetracking horizontal well technology is of practical significance to improve the production capacity of Gedebye and reduce the development cost of old oilfields. This technology can become one of the most effective measures to increase production. It is further popularized in other oil fields of MMG.
