葡483区块扶余油层压裂井井网优化研究

【摘要】:葡483区块位于葡萄花油田主体构造及其南部区域,平面上整体含油,纵向上主要含油层段位于扶一、扶二油层组,区内探明石油地质储量388.29×104t,属于典型的低孔低渗油田,注水开发不受效,单井产量低,有效开发动用难度大。为了增加储层渗流能力、提高单井产量,本文针对葡483区块,进行了直井细分层大规模缝网压裂技术研究。文章综合试油井、试采井产能分析及邻近试验区动态分析结果,结合经验法及修正理论公式法,对葡483区块产能进行预测,此时预测葡483区块采油强度为0.25t/d·m,在此基础上,针对葡483区块储层物性特征,结合邻近区块开发经验及理论公式,首先确定了区块合理的发开层系及开发开采方式,之后在对砂体控制程度进行分析的基础上,确定了井排方向及井距排距,并对井网适应性进行了分析,最终确定了区块合理布井方案:新布井70口,其中首钻井10口,缓钻井9口(包括概念性设计4口水平井),正常井51口,井排方向为近东西向(NE70°左右),采用300m×120m菱形反九点井网注水开采。根据布井结果,初步预测葡483区块扶余油层10年累计产油24.79×104t,采出程度为7.73%,综合含水63.86%,在原油价格为80$/bbl时,税后财务内部收益率为17.10%,投资回收期为6.40年,预测经济效益较高,开发效果达到较高水平,并且为相似区块的开发,提供了理论依据及实际指导。
[Abstract]:The Pu483 block is located in the main structure of Putaohua Oilfield and its southern region. It is oil-bearing in the plane, and the main oil-bearing section is located in Fuyi and Fuer formation longitudinally. the proved petroleum geological reserves in the area are 388.29 脳 104t, which belongs to a typical low porosity and low permeability oil field. Water injection development is not effective, single well production is low, effective development and production is difficult. In order to increase the seepage capacity of reservoir and increase the production of single well, the large-scale fracture pattern fracturing technology of straight well subdivision layer is studied in Pu483 block. In this paper, the productivity of block Portugal 483 is predicted by combining the results of productivity analysis of test wells, productivity analysis of test wells and dynamic analysis of adjacent test areas, combined with empirical method and modified theoretical formula method, and the oil recovery intensity of block Portugal 483 is predicted to be 0.25t/ d 路m. On this basis, according to the reservoir physical properties of block Portugal 483, combined with the development experience and theoretical formula of adjacent blocks, the reasonable formation system and exploitation mode of the block are determined at first, and then the control degree of sand body is analyzed. The well arrangement direction and spacing are determined, and the adaptability of the well pattern is analyzed. Finally, the reasonable well distribution scheme of the block is determined: 70 new wells, including 10 wells for the first drilling and 9 wells for slow drilling (including 4 horizontal wells with conceptual design). There are 51 normal wells with near east-west direction (NE70 掳). 300m 脳 120m rhomboid reverse nine-point well pattern is used for water injection. According to the well distribution results, it is preliminarily predicted that the cumulative oil production of Fuyu reservoir in Pu483 block is 24.79 脳 104t in 10 years, the recovery degree is 7.73%, and the comprehensive water cut is 63.86%. When the crude oil price is 80$/bbl, the after-tax financial internal rate of return is 17.10%. The payback period is 6.40 years, the predicted economic benefit is high, and the development effect reaches a high level, and provides the theoretical basis and practical guidance for the development of similar blocks.
