硫代氨基咪唑啉盐缓蚀剂的合成及性能研究

【摘要】:针对油气田阳离子型咪唑啉类缓蚀剂与阴离子型阻垢剂配伍性较差的问题,以有机酸和三乙烯四胺为反应原料合成了咪唑啉,在n(咪唑啉)∶n(CS_2)∶n(NaOH)为1∶1∶1、乙醇为溶剂、温度为60℃条件下反应2 h,得到水溶性的阴离子缓蚀剂,并考察了该缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能及其与阻垢剂的配伍性。研究结果表明,在含盐25%、温度60℃、压力为0.5 MPa的腐蚀介质中,该缓蚀剂加药质量浓度为50 mg/L时,24 h内对A3碳钢的缓蚀率92%,与阴离子阻垢剂的配伍性良好。
