深层径向水平井挠性管送进机理分析

【摘要】:超短半径径向水力喷射钻井有利于停产井恢复生产,提高油气水开发效果。论文通过对5.5"套管内挠性钻管及转向器工具进行机理分析,对深部地层钻进不扩孔转向工艺进行了概念化的设计,对转向过程及轨迹影响和挠性钻管机械特性及参数进行了分析优选,为整套工艺实施奠定基础。钻管是实现喷射钻进完成90°转向进行径向水力喷射的关键部件。通过室内试验研究了挠性钻管尺寸、材料等对转向阻力的影响。结果表明:无内压条件下,其他参数相同时,钻管外径越小转向阻力越小;壁厚越小转向阻力越小;塑性强度越小转向阻力越小。经对比优选材料为0Cr17Ni12Mo2、尺寸为φ12x2.0mm的不锈钢管作为钻管。利用有限元分析了转向阻力的影响因素,发现轨道轨迹的几何参数、钻管的材料及尺寸对转向阻力影响较大。利用数值模拟,分析了钻管的应力分布,研究了转向阻力随轨道间隙等参数的变化规律,优选了轨道内径为14mm和钻管外径为12mm的尺寸配合。针对送进单元中钻管屈曲的现象,对钻管长度与扶正筒内径间的尺寸配合进行了理论分析;基于水力参数计算,对挠性钻管及连续油管等钻管柱参数进行了分析优选。
[Abstract]:Ultra-short radius radial hydraulic jet drilling is beneficial to the resumption of production and the improvement of oil, gas and water development. Based on the mechanism analysis of 5.5 "casing flexible drilling pipe and steering gear tool, the steering process of drilling non-reaming hole in deep formation is conceptualized in this paper. The influence of steering process and trajectory and the mechanical characteristics and parameters of flexible drilling pipe are analyzed and optimized, which lays a foundation for the implementation of the whole process. Drilling pipe is the key component to realize 90 掳steering and radial hydraulic injection. The effects of flexible drilling pipe size and material on steering resistance were studied by laboratory test. The results show that under the condition of no internal pressure, the smaller the outer diameter of the drill pipe is, the smaller the steering resistance is, the smaller the wall thickness is, the smaller the steering resistance is, and the smaller the plastic strength is, the smaller the steering resistance is. The stainless steel pipe with the size of 蠁 12x2.0mm and 0Cr17Ni12Mo2 is selected as drilling pipe. The influencing factors of steering resistance are analyzed by finite element method. It is found that the geometric parameters of track trajectory, the material and size of drill pipe have great influence on steering resistance. The stress distribution of drilling pipe is analyzed by numerical simulation, and the variation of steering resistance with track clearance and other parameters is studied. The size matching of track inner diameter 14mm and drilling pipe outer diameter 12mm is optimized. Based on the calculation of hydraulic parameters, the parameters of flexible drilling pipe and coiled tubing are analyzed and optimized based on the theoretical analysis of the size matching between the length of drilling pipe and the inner diameter of centring tube in view of the phenomenon of buckling of drilling pipe in feed element, and based on the calculation of hydraulic parameters, the parameters of drilling string, such as flexible drilling pipe and coiled tubing, are analyzed and optimized.
