提高伊拉克鲁迈拉油田易漏层固井质量技术研究

【摘要】:鲁迈拉油田位于伊拉克第二大城市巴士拉以西50公里,油田长约80公里、宽20公里,是伊拉克最大的油田,同时也是世界上较大油田之一。该油田分为南鲁和北鲁两部分,地质条件较为复杂,工程技术服务风险高、难度大。Dammam、Hartha为严重漏失层,Mishrif、Shuaiba底层易渗漏,Umm、Tayarat层位为含硫水层,并处于Dammam、Hartha两个严重漏层之间,安全密度窗口窄,极易发生含硫水侵和固井漏失,从而影响固井质量。针对鲁迈拉油田技套固井易漏失,固井质量难以保证的问题,本文通过对鲁迈拉油田易漏层固井质量影响因素进行分析,主要开展了低密度水泥浆和固井配套技术的研究,最终形成了1.00~1.35g/cm3的低密度水泥浆体系和一套适合鲁迈拉油田易漏层固井施工的配套技术方案。通过现场5口井试验,技套固井质量合格井段达到了76%,比现场试验前提高了21%,固井防漏成功率100%,固井施工成功率100%。该项技术解决了该区块技套固井漏失问题,提高了固井质量,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益,具有良好的推广应用前景。
[Abstract]:Rumaila oil field is located 50 kilometers west of Basra, Iraq's second largest city. It is about 80 kilometers long and 20 kilometers wide. It is the largest oil field in Iraq and one of the largest oil fields in the world. The oil field is divided into two parts: Nanlu and Beilu, the geological conditions are complex, the engineering and technical service risk is high, and the difficulty is great. Dammam, Hartha is a serious leakage layer, Mishrif,Shuaiba bottom layer is easy to leak, Umm,Tayarat layer is sulfur-bearing water layer, and the safety density window is narrow, which is easy to occur sulfur-bearing water invasion and cement leakage, thus affecting the quality of cement. In view of the problem that the technical set of Rumaila Oilfield is easy to be lost and the cement quality is difficult to guarantee, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the cementing quality of the easy leakage layer in Rumaila Oilfield, mainly carries out the research of low density cement slurry and cementing matching technology, and finally forms the low density cement slurry system of 1.00~1.35g/cm3 and a set of matching technical scheme suitable for the easily leaky layer of Rumaila Oilfield. Through the field test of 5 wells, the qualified logging quality of the technical sleeve is 76%, which is 21% higher than that before the field test, the success rate of cement leakage prevention is 100%, and the success rate of cementing operation is 100%. This technology solves the problem of cementing leakage of the block, improves the cementing quality, obtains good economic and social benefits, and has a good prospect of popularization and application.
